Linda's Casting Couch blends together the lesbian and solo girl masturbation niches in their content. Amateur, teens, and toys are other types of action that apply here. The guest tour is pretty good about giving a collage of many of the models along with video trailers for guests to check out. The site is actually part of a mini network of sites from this company and members here get access to a few other hardcore niche sites with similar original content.
The Goods:
- Original Girl/Girl & Solo Play Shoots. The basic setup here is the content organized by shoot or episode and listed chronologically. They've actually been at this for several years with content dating back to 2004. The mix of lesbian and solo action holds true back in the archives although overall the material is weighted towards the solo girl content. Throughout the site there is more of that than the girl-on-girl. The shoots are original and fun with cute models all the way through. For those interested I notice these guys like to shoot the chicks in shower/bath play and this stood out to me as I browsed the collection.
- Newest Vids have Full-Files & Clips. As time has gone by video quality and options is one area where Linda has made some changes and improved things. The bulk of the episodes have WMV clips that are okay quality. The newest movies have the added full-movie file download which is a definite improvement.
- Update Info, Shoot Summaries, & Network. The update info is clearly posted on each content item. The member's main page highlights the recent additions and for the most part they seem to get new stuff online about once per week. Each episode also has the model names and ages plus a written summary of the shoot. The site actually has a pretty nice amount of content but the included network bonus sites do help to give members a lot more for their money. TBP has actually reviewed a couple of them in the past and they're good quality sites.
The Bads:
- Some Shoots are Picture/Vid Cap Only. This is the case for a small number of the newer additions however it's more and more prevalent further back in the archives. I'll give them credit for having large and good quality pics on most of these items but they seem to be video caps so it's doesn't make sense as to why they don't have the accompanying movie for those particular shoots.
- Avg Vid Quality, Clips Only on Many Shoots. There's a statement on the guest tour pages touting DVD quality movies but the fact that the movies (even the newest ones) are just average quality for a paysite. Going back to the older additions brings up some quite low quality entries which are rather grainy and unimpressive.
- Navigation Could Be Fine Tuned. There are a few items about the navigation that could be made more user friendly. With the amount of content and mix solo and girl/girl it would be helpful to have some categorization but there isn't any. Plus things like the updates page and model index are network based and not specific to just Linda's casting couch.
Conclusion:
Generally speaking Linda's Casting Couch met the expectations I had going in. The blending of the solo girl, lesbian, and amateur niches works well and makes for a pretty fun collection. The video quality is the one area where I was a little bit let down. The bonus sites do add value and you should throw those into the mix when checking out what they have to offer.
