Krissy's Kitty is up for review today, and it's a solo site built around "sexy teen amateur" Krissy of course. Her tour gives a few samples you can check out, and also gives you a glimpse into her update schedule which sounds decent if she can keep it up: one new video, two new photo sets, and two cam shows every week. Otherwise, it'll cost $25 to get in the door the first month, but that drops down to $22 a month after that.
The goods:
- Exclusive amateur content. As far as I can tell, everything is exclusive here, as with most amateur sites.
- Updates come often. I think the update schedule she posted in the tour is actually true, though she only gives the last four update dates currently. However, things look good, which should hopefully help provide some quick growth here (it's needed!).
- Decent interaction. Her diary is usually pretty well updated, and the twice weekly cam shows help a lot too.
The bads:
- Not a very large site. There's not a ton of actual content to see here yet, but hopefully that'll change with the good updates she has going right now.
- Navigation could be better. I had two issues here that got on my nerves a bit. The first was the layout for the galleries which is in some weird setup. There are only 10 thumbs per page, and eight of them are small, while two are large. I can't tell which order they go in even. The second is the photo and video pages have the newest sets at the bottom, which makes for a little work to get down there. They're just both different from what you're used to seeing out there.
- Quality is just average at best. Pictures definitely look pretty amateur overall, and videos can look okay, but sound pretty tinny. Even though it's an amateur site, I wouldn't mind seeing quality bumped up a bit.
Conclusion:
I'd say Krissy's Kitty is off to a pretty good start here. She'll definitely need some time to let the site grow and mature some before she can really compete, but I like where she's headed. The interactive features are a big help, as is the update schedule. Hopefully she can keep it up, and in a year down the road, she'll really have something fun here.
