Krissy's Kitty is a solo girl amateur site. The guest tour has an "About Me" section and some sample thumbnail pics that'll let you know about Krissy's style. Actually the tour does a good job of highlighting the different parts of the site including content and interaction features so that's good to see. Compared to most other amateurs she's pretty new on the scenes with the site going online in January 2008.
The Goods:
- Good Quality Pics w/ Zip Files. Solo amateur girl site aren't generally known for high quality content so Kitty's nice picture quality is a definite asset. The pics are just large enough to qualify as hi-res under TBP's site fact standards. So the size of the pics is solid and the clarity is okay too. Zip files are another helpful option that are offered on each gallery.
- Balanced Amount of Pics & Vids. The picture gallery and video content sections are pretty close in terms of overall number of shoots. The videos are updating at a pace of about once per week and the pictures a bit quicker than that.
- Webcam Shows, Diary, & Candid Pics. Krissy has established a few interaction features which is important to any individual amateur. She does at least a couple webcam shows per week which is a solid pace plus she offers a personal diary. A small section of candid real-life galleries give another perspective on Krissy's life.
The Bads:
- Smaller Site, Needs Some Growth. Basically this is a result of the fact that Krissy got into the game in 2008. Given more time she should build up a more sizable collection but the fact is she doesn't have a large amount of material. There is a post about providing cam show pic archives but I wish she'd step that up and go with archived videos of past shows.
- Basic Design & Navigation. The member's area layout is nothing special. The member's area has a bit of a different design than the tour pages. Picture galleries and videos are on separate pages although beyond that there isn't much breakdown in terms of types of shoots - things are simply listed chronologically.
- Some Diary Entry Gaps. Krissy's diary has fairly lengthy entries plus some posted pictures to accompany them. All entries are dated and she can be inconsistent with some gaps of two or three weeks between postings. When she's on her game the pace is about right so hopefully she can do away with the dead periods.
Conclusion:
Krissy has all the pieces I expect from a solo amateur girl. The mix of picture galleries and videos are the foundation of the content and from there she mixes in interaction features including cam shows, diary, and candid galleries. As a younger site it'll be interesting to see how it progresses and grows over time.
