First off, the name Known Porn Stars makes me laugh. Is it even possible to be an unknown star? Hmm. Anyhow, Known Porn Stars promises "Uncommon & Photos & Videos" of "The most famous pornstars" getting down and dirty. They've got Jenna Jameson, they've got Briana Banks, they've got Gauge, they've got Sylvia Saint and dozens of other sexy big name babes. Language issues aside, the tour offers up some of the sexiest women online and even though I've seen them before, I don't mind seeing them again.
The Goods -
For the most part, picture quality is quite nice, as it should be. These are professional models working with professional photographers. Damn right the scenes should look good. Most of the images are sharp and large and really look nice.
Members of Known Porn Stars get access to the entire Cash Maniacs Network. That's a collection of 53 sites covering themes from teens to bondage to voyeur sex to lesbian orgies. There's certainly a little something for everyone.
The Bads -
Updates come very infrequently. The last photo update was two months ago and the last video update was three months ago. With no indication of whether this is a temporary or permanent issue, I wouldn't count on anything new being added soon.
All of the content is non-exclusive. These are big name stars with sets that we've seen a million times before. I recognized many of the scenes from other similar sites.
There aren't enough browse features. You can browse the models alphabetically but they provide no headshots, just a list of names. You can also search by name but how helpful is that really when they're already provided in a list for you. Headshots, categories, and a chronological listing are definitely needed.
The video section is pretty unimpressive. There are only 43 scenes online and obviously I don't expect that number to grow any time soon. The videos are only offered in one format at one bitrate. They don't even give you a description of the scene or who is in it.
Conclusion -
The main problem with Known Porn Stars is that there are thousands of other sites out there with the exact same content and many of the other sites do it better, cheaper, or both! $30 for non-exclusive content that isn't updated on a site that isn't very user-friendly? I'll pass. Though the network access helps, overall I recommend going elsewhere for pics of hot known pornstars.
