After clicking through a warning page, twice, you'll finally get into Kat Noir's main tour page. I'm not sure why exactly she has two warning pages, but I would guess that would annoy some people (it did for me at least). Once there, you'll finally get a glimpse at this hot blonde, who says, "[I'm] a wife and member of the local PTA by day but by night I turn into a sexually charged wild Kat." Ok, nothing wrong with that! The best bio you're going to get is that main tour page, so if you want to know more about Kat, be sure to check it out.
Her member's area is a little more simple, with only three main menu options to get around the site: photos, videos, and webcam. Once you click into the galleries, you'll notice she has some kind of script running things, which keep the set listings pretty uniform. She gives you a thumbnail preview, set title, number of pics, and a category called "last" which I assume is when it was last added to or edited.
Unfortunately, while actually browsing the pictures, I found the extra info to just get in the way. Each thumbnail has all this extra stuff listed such as number of views, and a rating (which is almost always not rated yet) that it makes browsing a little more confusing than it needs to be. Plus, with this rating going on, I'd expect to see a link to the highest rated photos or galleries, which I didn't see anywhere. Why rate them then? The pictures themselves are pretty standard amateur stuff, but are smaller than I was expecting. The average pic I saw was in the 600x450 range, and she's disabled the right click so you can't save them. There's a pretty wide mix of content available, from solo to interracial (and everything in between). There's a few little extras while browsing, such as a search and some sorting options, but I didn't find them all too useful while browsing.
The video clips are set up a little differently. There's one very, very long page with all her clips listed. You get a bit of info with each clip such as a thumb preview, title, length, and description. But finding something you want will prove difficult as you browse through over 50 pages of scrolling. You don't even know when they were added, to know which are the newest. A lot of the clips are just parts of a video, with some videos having over 20 clips. This makes the section look a little larger than it actually is, but the clips are usually a couple minutes long so that's good.
The video quality actually surprised me a bit. I was expecting similar quality to her photos, but that wasn't the case. The encoding quality was much better than I was thinking it would be, which helped the site overall. The videos are all in Windows Media format, at 320x240 and 500kbps. The only issues that came up with some weird hues sometimes (green, blue, or red once in a while), but usually there weren't any problems. A few things I noticed when watching the clips are how horny Kat is (especially when black men are around), and how loud she is. Turn those speakers down if you're at work or something, as this chick loves to be pleasured and lets everyone else know it.
The only extra on the site is her webcam section, which was currently not live. No schedule is posted, so I have no idea if she's ever available there. My only real complaint that I haven't voiced yet is with the navigation. She doesn't have any way (besides clicking back a hundred times) to get to her main member's page. I guess there's no reason to, except to get to the webcam page, since the link to the photo and video section is right up top - and those are the only real sections on the site.
$15 a month is a decent deal these days for a site like this. While she doesn't have a lot of the extras some other girls have (cam?, diary, etc.), she provides quite a bit of content that's updated at least semi-regularly. The pictures could be enlarged some, but the video was a treat to watch (and will be even better if she can reorganize that section to find things easier). Overall, a simple, but decent site.

Things are looking nice around here since the last time we checked Kat out (which was quite a while ago now!). Her site has grown tremendously, which is great to see. Also added is a section of larger pictures, which are definitely nicer than the standard stuff (though I wish the whole site will be like this next time we're here!). She also added a diary which seems to be pretty active, which really helps get across that interactivity you look for in a solo-girl site. With all the new features comes a higher price of $20 a month, which now puts her at about the standard price for this type of site. It's no longer a special bargain (price-wise), but she's made up for it at least with the new features!
Score increased from 75.6 to 76.0.
