Huge collection.

Besides the niche itself, I'd say the size of the site here is the #1 thing they really have going to sell themselves on. They have a stats counter at over 6,800 video scenes up currently, which is pretty awesome. More stuff is put up twice a month as well, as in large updates, so the numbers should only go up in time.

Large updates do come.

They don't put anything up daily or even weekly, but updates definitely come here in a pretty big way. Usually, twice a month, they add about 15 scenes (it varies between say 12 and 20) up, making the actual numbers even out to about one a day on average. No wonder they have so much content up here.

Of course, the niche Japanese material is worth mentioning, though I'm not sure why you'd be reading this review if you didn't know that already.

Needs more navigation features.

With so much content up, the few categories they have aren't nearly enough (uncensored, amateur, fetish). We need a full-on advanced search feature with a ton of categories to pick from. Plus, a model search would be in order as well I'd say. I'm sure I could find a list of the movies with girls with natural b-cups, in a lesbian threesome scene that's shot outdoors or something similar. As it is now, navigation is almost a pain because you just look through incredibly long lists until you find something good.

More video options would help.

Each video has only one video type available, and it's always in either a WMV or DivX file from what I can tell. Why not offer both? Why not have a streaming file? They do offer three small clips at least in case you need smaller file sizes, but I'd still like more options.

Downloads are a bit too slow, seem limited.

The downloads here come in about 1/5th of our max speed. I can get almost the same speed on a single-channel browser download as I can with a download manager. Watching the downloads come in, I think they limit their server speed on purpose to 1.4MB/sec. or so. It tried to jump above that now and again, but would be shot right back down rather quickly. The files are big enough (around 1GB) that you need all the speed you can get.

For some reason, they don't offer any streaming or Flash videos, which may annoy some. With a site like this that has such large file sizes, it'd be a huge benefit here to jump around in a video quickly and easily.

While they have videos, there are no photo galleries here at all, which may disappoint some.

They don't seem to offer any exclusive content here, which is pretty typical for this type of site.

The quality here could be even a little better. While it doesn't look horrible, it could use a boost.

The 10GB daily download limit could definitely get in the way here. Each video is a bit under 1GB, so you can do the math on that one.

A huge collection here that's good, but very basic overall.

I'm not exactly sure why almost all Japanese porn sites are setup the exact same, but that's the case here at Javnow as well. The huge collection is awesome, and the updates are pretty good as well. What they lack, though, is navigation features, download features, and exclusive content. If those things don't bother you, knock yourself out here as it's one of the larger sites I've come across. However, I'd love to see an advanced search here, plus some more video types, and even better would be a streaming video option. You get a lot for your money at least, and fans of the genre should definitely put this one at the top of their list. I just wish one or two of these sites would really innovate and set themselves apart. Then again, even with only two major pros listed above, those are very big positives that really carry the site.
