Why do I feel like we've already reviewed this site before? JAVModel.com is a Japanese Adult Video site featuring over 1,190+ full-length DVD's and counting. Updates are at an odd pace from what I can tell, but you can expect something like 6 new full-length movies added every 10 days? And the set-up to the site is somewhat odd, too. The best way to browse, and one of the only ways, is by model. They are listed in alphabetical order along with their birth date, blood type (weird! I don't even know mine), and measurements. I love real Japanese porno's and so a little bit of oddness is expected, but I did enjoy the mostly high quality downloads offered. A membership here will cost you about $30 bucks per month.
The Good:
- JAV Model offers a nice-sized archive of real Japanese Adult Videos. With more than 1,100+ models and even more videos, I can't tell you what's exclusive here and what's not but it won't matter much. I doubt you're likely to find this stuff elsewhere anyway? There might not be a lot of browsing options here - categories and whatnot - but there sure is a lot of great suck and fuck content featuring true Japanese girls young and hot, innocently sweet and down & dirty. You'll find some fetish content, bondage, dress-up, fantasy and more.
- Most newer videos stream as high as 1600k and are great quality, full-length downloads. However, I did find some videos that stream as low as 250k, which obviously, didn't look so hot.
The Bad:
- Browsing the site is a nightmare. Basically you can see what's been newly added and check those out, or you can browse by model in alphabetical order. With so much content to choose from, it's not easy, especially if there's something specific you're looking to see. This site really needs more navigational features including content categories, a search feature, something.
- Download options are minimal, too. It's just click and play here, basically. You also have to enter in your user name and password just about every time, so it gets a little annoying.
- Although video quality has gotten better, you might run across some videos with less than average quality.
The Conclusion:
While I like the content offered here at JAV Model, they set-up and design really takes away from the entertainment value, for me. Getting around and viewing videos is somewhat of a pain, not to mention that there's just no options for anything - download, navigational or otherwise. I understand this is a unique site with even more unique content but they've really got to make things easier for their members, especially if they're going to charge close to $30 bucks per month. It's free to browse the site and check the girls/their videos, so if Japanese Adult Video is your specialty then I would recommend taking a look around, otherwise I'd pass.

The navigational, browsing and overall site design was clearly a main issue for me last time we were here, so it's nice to see some changes this time around. In the last 14+ months JAV Model has managed to not only add another 550+ videos, but they've also added content categories and a keyword search feature - almost everything I asked for! Unfortunately they haven’t done anything to improve the download/viewing options, but at least it's a start. Updates are coming in multiple times daily, but I'm still a bit bothered by the inconsistencies in the quality of video. I clicked on one of today's newest additions and the bitrate was only at 700k. In fact, a lot of the latest updates are set at 700k. What happened to the 1600k? Was I dreaming? I must have been. I think I'd still be on the lookout for a better JAV site at this point, but at least browsing the content isn't as bad.
Score increased from 76.5 to 78.5.
