How does one even introduce a site like Hustler.com? Is there anyone in the online world of porn who is unfamiliar with the company that has been a provider of some of the hottest, most explicit content around since 1974? I suppose I could begin with some of the impressive facts of their website, like their huge collection, their HD video, and their daily updates, but that's just the tip of the iceberg of this this great site.
The Pros
Original Hustler content.
This is hardcore Hustler, baby! They've been pushing the envelope for decades and it's all here for us to enjoy. Magazine fans will particularly enjoy the magazine archive that dates back to 2000. While I'd love to see even older content added sometime, a 10 year collection is awesome itself. That's all in addition to the fantastic DVDs and photo galleries. No one does it like Hustler and it's all here for members to enjoy.
Huge collection.
Hustler.com has been online since 1996 so they've had plenty of time to put together an impressive collection. There are currently 1,518 galleries and 4,465 videos. That's huge! Whether you like anal, orgies, or lesbian scenes, or even glamorous masturbation, there are plenty of horny hotties to enjoy.
Professional-quality material.
The scenes here look good. After all, they're from Hustler! The models are beautiful, the videos look professionally done, and you can tell these are some bigger budget movies.
Easy to navigate.
They've got some solid tools for getting around the large site. Browse their massive collection by category, activity, model name, or DVD name. Once you've found what you're looking for, you can save it to your favorites folder. You'll also find category tags and model names linked on each video page so it's easy to jump to similar content.
Other Good Stuff:
Updates come often. In the last week, 8 new DVDs totaling around 32 scenes have been added, along with four new photo galleries.
There are a few options for viewing the videos. Most scenes can be downloaded as a wmv, and many as both Quicktime and mobile mp4s with multiple quality settings. There are also Flash streams with two quality options.
Videos downloads came very quickly! I was really impressed with these speeds of 6.2mbps with a download manager and 2.0mbps without. There was no waiting for these scenes.

The Cons
Quality could still use a bump.
This is Hustler. They've got the dough. They've got the technology. However, even the HD videos were not as sharp as I would have expected. The size is right, at 1280 x 720, but they're only at 1700k. And many of the videos are well below that, at 640x 480 in size. I was surprised not to find sharper, higher quality material on Hustler.com.
Minor Negatives:
There are no zip downloads for the photo galleries.
There are lots of ads in the member's area. Some of the ads are for their sites, some are for other sites. They really make the pages look cluttered.
The model index is weak. To begin with, they only list 39 girls which is way off. They also only list the models alphabetically with no other ways to sort them.
The magazine archive only dates back to 2000. I think it's a real shame that they don't provide access to their earlier publications.
The older videos are only offered as wmvs for downloading. There are no mp4s available.
Bottom Line
Hardcore Hustler fans will enjoy this huge site that is all-around a good join.
It's hard to believe, but we first reviewed Hustler.com back in 2003 and the site did not do well. Quality, DRM, and a high price were to blame. Thankfully, they've made huge improvements since then and this is now a large, good quality, user-friendly site with a great discount price. There's still room for improvement in some areas, but overall this is a solid site that is serving the Hustler name well.
