Intro

HQ Home Clips is an amateur themed site with homemade do-it-yourself looking content. The focus of things are the hardcore video clips which is the largest content section in the member's area and then they also have some solo videos and both hardcore and softcore pictures too. One item worth noting right away is the Flash/FLV video formatting which is a bit unusual. That's the only format offered although unlike many other sites with Flash the files are both streaming and in FLV ready for downloading. The content items samples shown on the guest tour are pretty representative of the types of stuff found in the member's area.

The Pros

Good Amount of Content, Mostly Hardcore Video Clips/Scenes.

HQ Clips does a good job in terms of the quantity. They have lots of video clips and the hardcore section of the videos is by far the largest section which is what you want to see from a site like this. Action includes blowjobs, facials, hardcore banging, and even some other items like anal, outdoor sex, etc. Generally speaking the content does okay with the style with mostly stuff that fits the amateur theme.

Regular Video Updates, All Scenes are Date-Stamped.

They seem to be updating the videos section regularly with several updates per week on average. The videos do have clear date-stamps with items going back a few years to around the launch of the site so things do seem actively ongoing when it comes to updates. The other bit of data they provide that I like is file size info on the FLV downloads. Generally the files come in anywhere from 25MB to 175MB.

Other Good Stuff:

Content is broken down into main sections of Hardcore Clips, Softcore Clips, Hardcore Photos, and Softcore Photos.

The Cons

Flash/FLV Video Format Only, Pretty Low Quality Specs.

Not very many sites out there go with Flash as the single video format but that's the case here. At least they have the FLV files for downloading but that's not much of a consolation. The quality isn't impressive and the in-browser playback loads while playing so you can't jump to the middle or end of a scene right away.

Mixed Bag of Content, Some Items are Better than Others.

While quantity is the best thing working in the site's favor the entertainment value is hit-and-miss. Some of it has more of an amateur feel to it while not so much on other scenes. Certainly it seems like non-exclusive content. They don't provide content details or descriptions so all there is to go on is the shoots themselves.

Poor Navigation, No Video Categorization, Search Doesn't Work.

The videos section only has page after page, over 100 in all, with no breakdown or categorization. Filtering by date, downloads, rating, hits, etc that is available isn't really all that helpful. The search feature doesn't bring up accurate results so browsing is left to a lot of hunting and pecking.

Minor Negatives:

Photos section hasn't updated since 2010 so it seems that'll just be staying as-is from here on out.

The other

Our Home Clips can be joined as a standalone site or for a higher price surfers can join the company's Homemade Porn Pass network which includes three total sites.

Bottom Line

A decent sized archive of amateur homemade style content with Flash/FLV format videos.

The fact that they have a good sized archive of content and most of it is hardcore action is what I found best about HQ Home Clips. That being said it's a bit of a mish-mash of content which is probably to be expected on a site like this. The video formatting is an important item since they only have the Flash/FLV format. Besides the formatting they could also upgrade the quality somewhat or at least give quality level choices.
