As the name suggests, HotOlderMale.com is a site for those of you who love you men mature and manly, calling itself "the best daddy porn site on the web", and from the appearance of the tour, I'd say it looks promising. A membership here is set at a low $19.95 per month, which gives access to more than 263+ video clips and 354+ image sets. All content is exclusive and updates appear to be coming in weekly.
The Good:
- Unique exclusive content featuring more than 254+ older male models masturbating for your pleasure. A smaller set of more than 107+ galleries also offers some hot gay action between these models, including 3somes, orgies, fetish content and more.
- Great image quality and size. The colors are bright and sharp, with image dimensions up to 800x1200 pixels. A smaller sized format is also offered, but it would be nice to see an even larger size format added.
- Clean site design with lots of model/content information and user browse options. They offer the ability to "send emails" to many of their models, view other content they're in, stats, previews and more. Content is divided into solo sets or action sets for the images, and videos are listed separately. Different genres of content can be filtered by using a drop down menu.
The Bad:
- Video bitrate and quality is disappointing. This was really very surprising to me, actually. Hot Older Male's idea of high res WMV video quality doesn't even stream up to 300k, which is by far the most below average quality videos I have seen in a long time. They're basically useless, unfortunately. This is a major issue.
- Many of the video links are actually upsells to purchase DVD content. Not only does this slightly take away from the exclusivity of the content, but it also might explain why their actual video quality is so poor - they just want you to buy the DVD.
The Conclusion:
Poor video quality aside, Hot Older Male is a really nice and organized site. It's really amazing to me that the video quality is so poor. I just don't get it. Sure, image size could be larger, but at least they look nice. And the consistency of design is actually refreshing. This is a nice site, especially for the price. I really hope that they address the video quality issue, and then I could really see myself standing behind it as a must join for older gay "daddy" porno fans.
