It’s obvious why the wait is always so long at the doctor’s office when they’ve giving service like this!
The Goods –
They’ve got all exclusive content in a fun and sexy niche. They shoot all of these kinky scenes for their site and you won’t find them anywhere else. I thought it was interesting that they went beyond just the sexy nurse taking advantage of the patient routine that we usually on medical sites. They’ve got a good mix of action going on.

The Bads –
The collection isn’t very large. There are just 20 scenes online. Each scene is about 20 minutes long and there are no actual photos (just vidcaps). There really isn’t much to see here.
Updates have stopped. Their updates were erratic and infrequent before, and now they’ve stopped coming altogether. The last update was in August of 2007, so obviously this small site isn’t getting bigger.
Despite being original, the content feels pretty generic. Not all of the scenes have descriptions and the ones that do are awfully general. No model info is provided either. With the plain design, it just feels like a really corporate site without much personality.
Conclusion –
At $30 a month, I really can’t recommend Horny in Hospital. It’s only worth a join if you’re interested in the other sites in the network. If you’re really into medical-themed porn, then maybe, but overall this site is just good network filler. The collection is too small and the lack of updates seals the deal. Overall, I’d pass unless the other sites intrigue you.
