I was looking forward to this one - yet another celebrity site featuring over 2,000+ celebrities in more than 159,000+ images as well as member forums with gossip, news and more. And while there's clearly a lot of content here, the organization and plainness of the site really didn't do it for me in the end. HollyCelebs has 2 sections: one which is considered to be the "old celeb home" and was run manually. Now they've got a "powerful script" on their site but I still have to say that the set-up hear is not ideal, unfortunately. Your monthly membership fee here isn't cheap either at $29.95 per month. None of the images here are things that you couldn't find on any celeb or gossip site on the Internet so it's not like you're $30 bucks a month here makes for accessing all this content at once worth its weight on your wallet.
It's really hard to explain how things are set-up here because it almost feels like I haven't quite figured it out myself. The site is completely based on text links and offers no form of a search feature, and don't be expecting any cool graphics or design here either. Your main menu sits at the top of the page: home (updates), celebrities (actresses, models, musicians with toggle categories), old celeb home, celeb movies (by last name or movie Asians, TV, etc.), pornstars (alphabetical), porn (adult pics, specialties, toons, e-zines, and chat), forum, etc. So as with most sites there's the good and the bad; well, here's the good. In the celebrity index you are able to toggle the alphabetical listings by whether the models are dressed, sexy, or nude as well as by nude types (topless, crotch, ass, full frontal) and then there's the different source categories such as paparazzi, video caps, magazines, public appearances and more. I toggled for some crotch pics and came up with a lot of names I've never heard of before, although you will find the staples such as Sharon Stone, Kim Cattral, Paris Hilton and the like.
I guess there was some interesting content here because overall I ended up spending a good amount of time on the site looking for the few pics here and there I've never seen before. This isn't just a nude celeb site as you'll find plenty of pics of them fully clothed. Also, if you're looking for some super high res, great quality content, you're not going to find it here. There's another celeb site that I know of that gets some really good quality pics of celebs, but it also doesn't focus on the nudity aspect of them as much, which is where most of the poor quality shots come in. A few of the celebs here had media clips as well and though the quality of the clips ranges, I was pleasantly surprised by some of them. In the end what it's going to come down to me here is the lack-luster site design. There could be the best content in the world here but if it's not packaged right, then all else perils. They've got some okay ideas going here, from the nudity ratings of the videos, to the organization of the types of content for each celebrity and in the end I'll admit I was left with a better lasting impression than I had thought I might at first, but I'd still really like to see more for my money here.
