Hog Tied is another site from Cybernet Entertainment. These guys always deliver original material, we've reviewed some of their other sites with the best two being Fucking Machines and Wired Pussy. From the write up on the site it appears Hot Tied was this company's first site, it was started back in 1997. The site has all exclusive material and the total number of shoots is 325, a very nice amount for a BDSM site. They now update with a new shoot every week although back in the earlier days of the site it was every two weeks.
It's important to pay attention to the video formatting. As listed in the site info, both WMV and Real formats are available. Actually for shoots from January 2003 forward every video is offered in both formats. However please take note that older shoots, those from December 2002 on back are only in Real Player. Personally that's a bit of a drag from my perspective, especially since it's a large percent of the content. When it comes to video quality, I was also a bit disappointed. I seem to remember their other sites having sharper movies than what I found on Hog Tied. They're okay to watch, but truthfully they are only average quality. There's definitely noticeable grain to all the clips I watched in both formats. One final note is that a handful of the oldest shoots have no video at all
Besides the nice amount of exclusive content, Hot Tied's main selling point is the actual BDSM action. I'm no expert but it seems like a fun collection of punishment to me. Most of the scenes take place in the dungeon with some exceptions like outdoor shoots and one in a swimming pool. I like the models and their attitudes along with the bondage techniques which seem professional and well done.
Site design and navigation has never been a strong suit for this company. The shoots are browseable by date added in the History section, unfortunately the model directory heads over to a generic hub page for all their sites, it's not very useful. As you can tell Hog Tied has its good points and bad points. It delivers entertaining and original BDSM action but left me wanting more in the area of video formatting and quality.

Hog Tied is still a solid BDSM site with some seriously fun exclusive fetish movies. Updates continue to come at one per week and I still really get a kick out of the member feedback posts that accompany the episodes. One new feature I see is on the new videos they're offering iPod MPEG4 format in addition to the WMV and Real Player. The newer WMV files are better quality too although that does mean bigger files and longer download waits.
I notice that the site is promoting its parent company's new name Kink.com quite a bit but since it's the same guys under a different name things should continue as they have. My conclusion remains that this is some great stuff for BDSM fanatics. These score have changed: Quantity +1, Entertain +1, Quality +1, Exclusive +0.5, Price -1, Value +0.5, and Curve -0.5.
Score increased from 76.5 to 81.0.
