Hentai TV is up for review today, and though it has the word TV in its name, it's actually both a photo and video site offering up pretty standard hentai/anime material. I don't even know that it's exclusive or anything, and there's a decent variety of types here overall, so hopefully you can find some stuff you like, but I don't think it's any guarantee that you'll like everything here. $35 a month gets you in the door, which is way on the high side, but it does get you access to several network sites as well.
The Pros
Decent-sized site.
The photo gallery count isn't all that high here, but the video collection isn't doing too bad. There are over 390 video scenes up, which is actually more videos than most anime sites we see out there. So fans of the animated hentai video genre should be pretty pleased here.
Okay anime content.
Like I said, things here are pretty standard overall in terms of anime if you ask me, but they do have a heavy focus on video content. Because the size is decent, the variety is there as well, so you should be able to find some scenes you like I'm guessing.
Other Good Stuff:
They provide two WMV streaming options, plus a flash option, which is more than most sites do for streaming choices.
They offer up a few bonus sites when you join here. I don't see an official name or anything, and they aren't even anime content a lot of the time, but the more content, the better I guess.
The Cons
Quality isn't perfect.
Nothing looks all that great (or terrible, thankfully) here. Everything is very average for this type of material, which means I'd call it below average compared to other types of sites we see out there these days. They could use a bump up in the long run.
Navigation is pretty plain.
As with all their similar sites, the navigation is quite plain here. They have several sorting options, but nothing in the way of any categories or a search or anything to help narrow things down. You'll just have to browse around and hope you find some favorites randomly.
Minor Negatives:
While the dates and updates seem current, on some other sites of theirs, we do suspect content rotation (or something fishy), so keep a close eye out to make sure you're actually getting new content as advertised. This site doesn't seem to grow like you think it would as the overall numbers remain constant.
$35 a month is pretty expensive here for any site, let alone one that doesn't seem to be updating at this point.
Bottom Line
An okay collection in the end with nothing standing out as awesome, but watch out for fake updates.
Hentai TV is okay in the end with a decent-sized collection, and a pretty wide variety of anime material. However, there's nothing that really stands out as too awesome or unique, either. The navigation isn't good, I'm not really sure there's anything exclusive here, the updates seem rotated at best, and the quality is average. There's nothing awful, either, but they're charging a pretty high price, so I might have been expecting a little more.
