If we were reviewing the best erotica sites, there's no doubt that this one would get an almost perfect score. The Hegre-Archives are exactly that, archives of many years worth of Norwegian photographer Petter Hegre's works that have been updated daily since January of 2001. Hegre has worked around the world taking breathtakingly beautiful pictures of naked women in their natural environment. It is because of all these things; his artistic style and eye for beauty, which is something that can not be replicated, that his site is revered as one of remarkably capable stature and therefore, one of the best porn sites on the internet.
Due to Hegre's background in the studies of the arts, all content on this site is, of course, very erotic but also extremely artistic. The quality of the newer archives of pictures is amazing and can be viewed in three different sizes (600, 1200, and 2000). I recommend the middle one due to the first being too small and the latter just enormous, which would be great if you have a huge monitor to go with it, but I am assuming most people don't. So if you're thinking about joining this site, you might as well know right now that you're not going to be finding spread eagle girls touching and playing with themselves wanting so badly to get you off. No, what you will find are hundreds of naturally beautiful women of all origins being captured in amazing light and majesty.
My first impression of this site was that these pictures are amazing, a real find, and a lot of them are. But as you go further back in the archives, you might start to long for more sexual provoking from the girls. As well, the quality in the earlier archives is not what it is in the present ones. With that aside, if you are a true lover of photography or even just a true lover of the female body, then you're likely not to be disappointed. There's currently 27,312 images on the site, not one the same as before, and they update once a day with exclusive content. In addition, there are also about 48 erotic films on archive which can be viewed in either Windows Media or QuickTime. Here's to hoping you have a fast enough connection to view them. If you have dsl you'll have no problems and the films are actually documentaries of a sort or a behind the scenes of a photo shoot. These films are moderately sexually provoking in a very innocent way, and the girls are true beauties.
As far as navigation goes, what you see in the tour is what you're going to get in the members area. Getting around is fairly easy and you view the archive by monthly increments. There's also a photo forum where other people (members) get to show off their own works and/or leave comments about others. I love this feature, a great addition to the site. Some of these people are equally talented and it's a great way of offering more variation in content as well as user interaction. Check out user simplemind, one of my favorites.
While this site is not your average porn site, and there isn't even any remotely hardcore sexual material, it does not claim to be one. This is an erotic photography site and an archived collection of the works of a world renowned photographer. If you are a photography enthusiast, or even simply a lover of the female form, then you won't be disappointed by joining this site.

Looking at the current score it's clear that Peter Hegre has easily made one of the best sites on the Internet for himself and his members. It's been about 8 months since I've last looked at the site and other then the amount of content jumping from 27,000 images to over 40,000 and the amount of erotic films jumping from 48 to 80. What has changed quite a bit is his tour, even though we don't generally focus too much attention to the tour, it is a noteworthy change consisting of 21 pages.
Another piece of noteworthy information here is the change in price. What used to be a flat $24.95 per month is now a $29.95 sign-up fee which then recurs at the regular $24.95 the next month, with successively reduced pricing until you reach the amazing low price of $14.95/month at your 4th month of membership. Although this change might be a slight disappointment to new members, I assure you that the site is worth sticking around for! Plus, your membership fee goes to a good cause. Yes, that's right, Hegre has founded the New Nudes, New Cause Charity in which 1% of each months net earnings to Eastern European institutions like rape crisis centers, orphanages, and other health and human welfare organizations, in addition to selecting individual families in need of financial and material assistance. Now if it's not enough to just subscribe to quality porn for your own cause, you can do it for someone else’s as well!
One last interesting addition to the site happens to come from Peter Hegre's real life hallowed events is the Seeking Mr. Right section of the site where members are encouraged to submit an application to be put into direct contact with one of the nude models found on the site. Yes, you read right, due to Peter's own success in meeting Misses Right as a nude model on the Internet, he is hoping to bring about many more successful relationships just like it. This is one of the most incredible things I have ever seen from a website and I'd be extremely interested in hearing about any successful matches that result from it.

Wow, there's just so much to look at and do here, I don't even know where to begin! Since we've last visited the site, Hegre's Archives have grown considerably to something like 57,640+ images and 128+ videos; that's quite a bit. There's still no hardcore and I'm beginning to think that it's not going to happen :p, which I am okay with. But wow, some of these girls are just gorgeous! I checked out the film of the week and was not disappointed at the least! It was just a girl trying on different panties to music but she was probably one of the best looking girls I've ever seen online (Radka). It also looks as though they've done away with the reduced monthly membership option with rates recurring at an even $29.95 per month, which is still worth it for a site such as this.

This is our third time back again at Hegre's site and, as always, I am truly impressed. The total number of images is up to over 73,000+ with 180+ films and more than 173+ models. But that's not the best part, the real news is that Hegre Art is now offering images in up to 6 different sizes for download, with the largest being 6000x4549 pixels! You can see every strand of hair, every detail imaginable - this is amazing! Likewise, films have been offered in even more formats than before. I guess I'll take back my complaints about there being no hardcore - this is nude art at its finest. I should also add the Hegre is now offering a reduced monthly membership of only $19.95 per month. That is one hell of a price for such large archive of great quality content. If you haven't already joined, you should.
