Intro

At this point HDV 18 is an archive site offering 61 videos in super nice HD format. The last update to the member's area was in 2009, so its clear by now that nothing new is to be expected, unfortunately. Your choices of membership are recurring at $24.96 or 2 months non-recurring at a flat $45. There are also about 12,600 images and all content features young hot teen models in softcore nude and toy play scenes. Overall its hard to justify a membership here because of lack of updates or anything extra in terms of site personality, but the HD scenes are fun to watch.

The Pros

Collection of Possible Original Scenes.

HDV 18 is a decent sized collection of original HD scenes featuring young & hot teen models in softcore and toy play content. Scenes range from outdoors to in-bedroom nudity, toy play, interviews, etc. The models themselves are young and fresh with perfect tight pink pussies and are enjoyable to watch.

HD Content Throughout.

All content here is offered in HD format but the latest updates (until 2009) not only offer 720p but up to 1080p - they look great! Image sizing is quite nice too, they also look really great. Overall this is a really nice quality collection of pics and videos.

Other Good Stuff:

Most videos are offered in full and in parts. The file types included are H264 and DivX with options for quality. Images are also offered in 2 size formats with ZIP file downloads for each.
A search tools allows users to filter through content/models through tags specifics like breast size, niche, user rating, location, etc.

The Cons

Site No Longer Updates.

While this isn't the smallest archive of content we've seen that won't have anything new added, it's still a definite negative that the content count has remained at 61 scenes since 2009. While the original HD content looked/was great back then, just imagine what kind of awesomeness they could be offering at this point!

No Model Index, Bios or Scene Info.

For a small site with a handful of models and possibly original scenes, the lack of scene/model info is disappointing. Yes this is an archive site, but at least it could be an archive site with some added personality; even if its all made up.

Minor Negatives:

There is some question to the exclusivity of the content here, although I couldn't find any information online and didn't necessarily recognize any of the scenes/models.
Download speeds are somewhat slow even with the use of a DL manager.

Bottom Line

Some quality scenes but lack of updates & personality hurts.

While there are some really cute young girls being offered here in HD video scenes and high res images, the rest of the site is lacking. There are no new updates coming in, and there hasn't been for about 2 years now. Scene quality is still holding up, but lack of site personality further takes away from the overall value here. It's hard to say about exclusivity, but even still I wish they'd lower the price of membership for what now is clearly a simple archive site that just happens to be up to date in terms of quality.
