Goth Rock Girls is a Goth fetish site that revolves around only girl/girl action. The guest tour is incredibly helpful as they list many of the episodes with in-browser preview trailers. Spending a few minutes sampling the movies will clearly show you what they have to offer in terms of content and style. As is shown there lots of strap-on and dildo play is included and they also have many threesome group shoots.
The Goods:
- Exclusive Girl/Girl Goth Video Episodes. The blending of the goth theme and lesbian porn is what makes Goth Rock Girls distinctive. All the content is original to the site and they organize things by episode with the movies being the main content with photo galleries as supporting material. The shoots are fun and the chicks seem to enjoy putting on a show for the camera. The goth style is played out with the girls' clothes, lingerie, jewelry, hair, tattoos, and other items that fit well with that theme.
- Ultra High-Res Vids, Full-Files & Clips. Along with the goth/lesbian nature of the content the other main selling point of Goth Rock Girls is the high-resolution movies. The videos are in high-res and standard quality WMV format with full-movie files and clip segments. There are also low level WMV, iPhone, and iPod choices. Both the quality and options are solid here especially for a site with this type of material.
- Downloadable Behind-the-Scenes Movies. In addition to the main hardcore episodes the member's area also has a decent sized collection of behind-the-scenes videos. This is the type of stuff that adds personality and entertainment value for members. They don't have all the format choices like the regular movies but they are fully downloadable.
The Bads:
- Update Specifics or Log Not Posted. The only update information I located was on the first guest tour page where they have a handful of episodes shown with dates. The member's section doesn't have any kind of update log or date-added info shown on the content. Apparently they update weekly although it would be nice to have the specifics provided.
- No Video File Size, Length, or Spec Info. These are other details that would be helpful but aren't currently posted. The videos have clear text links for each of the full-movie and clip options but they don't show the video file sizes in MB or length in minutes.
- Could Use More Model Details/Bios. The only thing that comes close to this are the short written summaries of the episodes where they sometimes touch on something about the models. This is site that relies on personality and style so I was disappointed that there wasn't an index of the models or some biographical/resume details.
Conclusion:
Site design and navigation is one thing that I haven't touched on yet. The navigation is straightforward although nothing fancy since there isn't an overly large amount of material to organize. The graphics and overall appearance are really sharp and it fits well with the Goth concept. All told Goth Rock Girls gets high marks in the entertainment value of its content plus the high-res videos are a real plus. The negatives are that they could do better in providing more specific data on the movie files and models.
