Intro

Gay Asian Anime is one of those sites with a pretty specialized theme that combines the gay and anime niches. Obviously first and foremost it's a gay site and is actually part of the Gay Asian Network which includes about half a dozen hardcore sites with Asian guys. Gay Asian Anime is probably the most specialized of the group since it deals in the anime fetish rather than with actual models.

The Pros

Pretty Specialized Gay Asian Anime Content.

The member's area content is broken into the following sections: Anime Books, Toon Sets, Flash Anime, and Anime DVDs. Overall it's largely picture anime stuff some with character dialogue and other sets with just the images. No background, publication, or artist info is provided so it's not possible to know details like that. There are lots of different styles in the mix with varying degrees of hardcore action.

Access to Network Sites, Hardcore Asian Gay Sites.

With the amount of content that Gay Asian Anime has to offer the site does indeed lean on the included network sites to give members more material. The other sites have asian gay content with various niche themes which should appeal to fans of this site. My recommendation is to look at the whole network package in addition to the Gay Asian Anime tour.

Other Good Stuff:

Download speeds are pretty fast - I was getting around 1.2MB/sec which is better than most paysites. That being said there aren't many videos or zip files so the speeds aren't that useful.

The Cons

Not a Lot of Content Overall, Seems to be a Mixed Bag of Stuff.

Looking at Gay Asian Anime as a standalone entity leaves something to be desired in terms of quantity. None of the sections individually feels all that large and the total of about 150 galleries isn't very substantial. The site has been around for three years so more certainly they should have a larger collection than that.

Very Small Videos Section, Just a Handful of Short Movies.

This is probably one area where many surfers will be disappointed. Just a handful of videos are available in the member's area so things are heavily weighted towards the picture stuff. Really the videos just play a secondary or supporting role since there are so few of them.

No Recent Updates, Unsure of if They're Still Adding Content.

The update log on the member's home page is actually a network list. Looking at the log there are no recent additions to this particular site which has also been noted by our TBP content count managers who keep an eye on such things and post the details under the site facts section above.

Minor Negatives:

Picture/image size is average at around 800x600 and there are no zip file downloads available.
Download manager limitations are in place. Using IDM I got 1-channel with no pause/resume capability.

Bottom Line

This gay anime site has a decent amount of picture galleries, a few videos, & network access.

Gay Asian Anime is one of those sites that really is helped by the fact that it's part of a network collection. While I'm willing to give some leeway on quantity due to the specialty anime focus the amount of content and especially the small number of videos aren't very impressive. I would have expected more from a site that's been around for a few years now.
