Gapes in POV is up for review today, and it should be right up your alley if you're into the point of view videos with girls spreading their assholes wide open for you. They give a few samples in the tour, as well as some stats, so it's beneficial to take a look to see what they have to offer. I see exclusive content, HD videos, but only 20 scenes total unfortunately. You can join the site for $25 a month, though if you want network access, it'll cost you $33 a month instead.
The goods:
- Exclusive niche content. You can't really argue with the content being unique here. You get the gaping ass thing, which I guess is good, along with the POV nature of the site.
- HD videos look good. They take a while to get here, but when they do, they look pretty good. You get 1280x720 goodness, and the bitrate is about as high as it gets. I just wish they downloaded faster!
The bads:
- Small collection. There are only 20 scenes up currently, which isn't a lot to see. Add that to the slower updates, and it's not a good mix for your money here.
- Updates are erratic at best. They seem to have opened about two months ago with a base of content. Since then, updates are very rare and sporadic, usually coming just once a month or so.
- Downloads came slow for me. A download accelerator didn't work either, so I was stuck getting the videos at about 1/3 of our usual speed. That's just not preferable with such large videos here.
- Network access costs extra. I understand why they do it, but it's definitely not the norm. You don't get free access to their other sites with your membership, though you do get it for just $8 more a month which isn't awful I guess (better than joining each site individually!).
Conclusion:
It's a mixed bag here at Gapes in POV. The content looks good, is exclusive, and is a bit unique. Unfortunately I'd say the fun ends there for now, as there's just not enough to see, and not enough updates. They really need to raise the bar in these areas to compete. As for now, it's just not quite worth it for me.
