I'd say we have a pretty unique site up for review today. I've seen this one in the past, and it looks like she's come along a bit since the first time I saw the site. The site is called Furry Girl, and it's an amateur site about an all-natural 21-year old. You can't really fit her into any mold I might be able to describe, and since she enjoys people who actually read her site (and not just gloss over it for pictures), you should head over and read up if you're interested. Basically she doesn't shave, she's Vegan, polyamorous, and is open to most anything and everybody which seems like a good philosophy.
Joining her site (for $18 a month) is a pretty simple affair through CCBill. Her member's area is pretty similar to her tour, which means it's pretty easy to get around. Updates seem to come about once a week, with new journal entries coming every 2-3 days or so. Since I read through her bio and FAQ section, I'm heading to the photos now to check out what we've got there.
Her photo section is unique as well it seems. The gives each set a title and description, plus a unique little icon from each one (a picture of the toy she used, a toilet paper roll to represent a pee shoot, etc.). She also gives you a list of "hot spots," which are basic keywords relating to what you'll see in the set. Now if only she had a script running where you could click one and see all the sets that contained that we'd be in heaven here.
Actual photos here are unique, and of pretty good quality. They have their own style for sure, which is good to see since most of the stuff we look at is the same day in and out. These aren't huge, around 900x600, but color and quality look good here which is most important. The galleries are a pretty big mix, mostly whatever is going on in Furry Girl's life at the time (girlfriends, boyfriends, solo, etc.).
The video section is setup pretty similar, though you get an actual thumbnail preview from the video instead of the icon. You have to click the text links to get to the video, and a new window will pop up with a Quicktime video loading. There's no real easy way to save them, or even play them in an external player (unless you have Quicktime Pro). The quality seems decent enough, though I really miss zooming in and stuff. Very similar content available, many are the same scenes as her photosets.
She does a camshow once a week, and you get access to the network shows as well. She hosts her journal on her own domain, so there are no extras (like replying, moods, etc.), but she posts in it quite often with daily info on her life which is just what I like to see there. There's also a chatboard, though it's a bit simple for my liking.
Overall, a pretty nice site here I'd say. There's a lot of personality here, and though I'm sure it's not right for everyone, if you do like it there's a lot of it available. It's on the small side content-wise, but hopefully with regular updates that'll get better in time. The interaction is good, and the site is nice. Check it out if you're into Furry Girl, the natural girl scene, or just well-done amateur/personality sites in general.
