Intro

Fun With Amber is up for review today, and this is a small solo site from years ago that seems to be pretty standard for the time back then. There's a small photo collection, and a small video collection, and not much in the way of extras. It's part of a small group of similar solo sites that you get access to with your membership. $30 a month gets you in the door which seems a bit high in my opinion.

The Pros

Exclusive solo content.

About the one thing this site has is a girl named Amber. I have no clue if you can see her anywhere else or not on some random teen site, but at least there's a small collection of exclusive content of her here to check out. Hopefully you really, really, really like her look.

Network access included.

Once you're done here, and it won't take terribly long, there are five other similar solo sites that you get access to with your membership. Go check them out before your membership is up to get a little more out of your money here.

The Cons

Needs some growth; no updates in six years.

With just over 50 photo galleries, and just under 50 videos, there's really not a whole lot to see here. You can power through it all within your first few days, or maybe week, at most. She needs more content, and that's not coming. There haven't been any updates since 2006 from what I can tell.

Quality isn't great.

Since I assume most of this content was shot over six years ago, you just can't expect it to look that good. And that's definitely the case here, with both photos and videos falling well below average in terms of quality. Photos are a decent size, but the graininess is very noticeable.

Minor Negatives:

Since the site is so old, it's not a huge surprise, but there's no interaction with Amber here at all. She has a single diary entry you can read, but that's not worth much obviously.
The downloads come in a bit slow here unfortunately. They don't allow the use of download mangers, which would help speed things up quite a bit I'm sure.

Bottom Line

This one is only good if you're a member of the network, or a HUGE fan of Amber's look.

There's just not enough going on here at Fun With Amber to get real excited about. Unless you've fallen in love with this girl in the tour, or you're already a member of a network site, I just don't see a huge reason to check this one out. The quality is old, the site hasn't updated in years, there's not a ton to see, and there's no personality or anything inside. It just appears to be a mostly-dead site still lingering around for anyone who absolutely must see Amber at least once.
