Intro

Fox Magazine is part of the Swank Pass network of sites and this is the company that publishes Swank magazine and other niche mags. The niche in play at Fox is hot pornstar babes and the content is a picture/video collection of hardcore and solo girl content. The guest tour does give a bit of a feel for what they have to offer along with some details on the included network sites.

The Pros

Good Amount of Pic Galleries & Videos, Pornstar Models.

The content here has more picture galleries than videos but there are a respectable amount of both. These are indeed pornstars of all kinds in mostly hardcore action featuring everything from BJ to interracial to groupsex. They do update the content regularly which is a positive.

Access to Magazine Archives of Swank & Other Company Mags.

One of the main choices on the member's area navigation header is Magazine Issues and that leads to a collection of Swank, Fox, and all the other company's titles. The viewer worked pretty well for me and it appears they have a couple years worth of mags available.

Network Access, Other Niche Sites w/ Similar Pic/Vid Content.

At the very top of the member's area a link to Swank Pass and all the dedicated niches sites are available. Clicking from site to site is easy and does not require password re-entry.

Other Good Stuff:

The downloadable videos have full-movie files and clip segments in a couple different quality levels.
Galleries/videos are date-stamped with update information showing when they were added to the site.
After 3 months of membership members are eligible for a free 3-month magazine subscription or DVD. Every 3 months members can receive another free gift.

The Cons

Average Picture/Video Quality, Many Videos are Streaming Only.

Overall the picture and video quality is just average for a paysite. They do have zip files for the picture galleries however I ran into something annoying in the videos. Many are in Flash streaming only without any download options. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to which are downloadable and which aren't but this really jumped out at me as it detracts from the value of the video collection.

'Fox Magazine' Has Only 1 Issue in the Magazine Archives.

Not sure what the explanation is for this but most of the magazines have numerous issues but Fox only has one in the archives section. Generally speaking I like magazine issues on magazine sites but since this review is of Foxes it's disappointing that there's just the one Fox issue. I suppose it's possible that Fox was a limited time publication but if that's the case then the site doesn't make all that much sense.

Mixed Bag of Content, More of a General Site than Magazine-Specific.

The content here really feels more like a general hardcore paysite. There isn't any sort of feeling that Fox Magazine is showcased with the photo shoots or the models from that publication being a main component here.

Minor Negatives:

Slow download speed and I was unable to use my download manager for these WMV files (test software: IDM).
Before downloading each video or gallery zip you must click "OK" on a company copywright notice. This gets repetitive and annoying.
There are some upsells in the member's area.

Bottom Line

Fox Magazine has a fairly general hardcore pic/vid collection plus access to the Swank Pass network.

With a title like Fox Magazine you may get the impression that this is really geared around that publications content. As it turns out it is best viewed as a more general hardcore collection that is a network site where members get access to the company's larger collection.
