Writing site reviews is interesting and I sometimes find a pattern to the sites that we look at. Recently it's been a string of new niches and For the Girls fits that pattern as a porn site for women. My stereotype about porn for women are that they're actually looked at mostly by gay men since it's men that overwhelmingly look at porn. Think about it, who do you think is actually buying Playgirl magazine? It's mostly gay men. Considering that, I'm glad to see For the Girls member's area is set up as a site for women should be with features, articles, and advice listed first followed by the galleries.
The part with the written content is called "Inside". Some of it is articles, some comedy, along with things like advice, health tidbits, and stories. It's a pretty decent amount of stuff which is worth browsing and I found myself reading a handful of the articles. Also in this part of the site is a couple dozen audio clips most of which are in mp3 format with a few real player.
The galleries are broken into Centerfolds, Hunks, Amateurs, and Couples. Centerfolds has the most detail with a full bio/interview write-up accompanying the pics. Amateurs also have a small bit of info about the models. Both the centerfolds and amateurs are updated once per month. Hunks and Couples are more straightforward galleries although they do have sub-categorization of different niches and guys. For a paysite picture quality is only okay with the size of the pics hovering around 500x700. The collection of videos is much smaller than the galleries and those are divided into Strip Search, Male Strippers, Couples, and Masturbation.
Probably what struck me most about For the Girls is the professional design. Things are laid out in an easy to navigate manner and it doesn't take long to figure out where things are at in the member’s area. In many ways the site is well rounded with a mix of text articles and picture/video content but there's no one piece of content that stands out as exceptional or must-see. Considering that the price is quite high which hurts the value score a bit.
