Intro

Fisting Central is up for review today, and this is a pretty unique gay site overall. You can probably tell from the name here, but they offer scenes of dudes fisting other dudes, and it gets quite extreme. I'm not quite sure how most of these guys fit such large arms up their asses, but hey, it works. $35 a month gets you in the door, which is definitely on the high side, but at least the content is unique here.

The Pros

Pretty crazy gay fisting action.

The content itself here is what's going to sell the site. The scenes are definitely different than most gay sites, and a little more hardcore in nature if you ask me. While there's not a ton of actual anal sex or anything, they do get full hands (and some arms!) inside other guy's asses which is quite impressive.

Decent-sized site.

With around 250 photo galleries and 200 videos, there's definitely a nice amount to see here. It's not large enough that you're blown away by the size, but they're larger than 75% of the sites we see day in and day out. It should keep you busy for a while, especially with the niche content.

The Cons

Videos are streaming or DRM only. Mac users can't download.

Booo! I switched to Mac a few months ago, and never had realized that DRM videos won't play on them. It goes to show how little DRM is used these days, but that's exactly what they do here. Mac users are out of luck for downloads, while Windows users just have to deal with the hassles of DRM. It looks like the license itself lasts quite a while at least. You can also stream the videos in your browser, but that's still not nearly as good as a full download.

Quality is just okay.

The videos here range from not bad to not great. Overall, they could use a bump up in quality. The photos are a little worse I'd say, with smaller sizes and even more quality issues. Everything here has a slightly older feeling for some reason.

Updates are on the slow side.

The update schedule isn't very consistent, so you just have to keep your eye out. Sometimes new additions come weekly, but more often than not, they seem to come up a little less often. There was a one-month gap in video updates in May, for instance, which is just unacceptable at this price point.

Minor Negatives:

There are no zip files available here for the photo galleries, which may be annoying for some.
In addition to lackluster quality, the pictures here are on the small side. They come in at 900x600 at best, and the older sets get down to 768x512, which is quite small.
$35 a month is definitely more expensive than usual for a monthly cost. The content is unique, but if you're a numbers person, it may be a tough sell.

Bottom Line

A decent amount of pretty interesting content, but the lack of full downloads definitely hurts.

Fisting Central does well in terms of content here. They have a decent amount of it, and the scenes are quite unique and interesting. There aren't too many similar sites out there, and the action is pretty hardcore in nature. However, their policy of only offering DRM downloads and streaming videos isn't a fun one. Mac users are stuck with streaming only, and Windows users are stuck with the hassle of DRM. The high price doesn't help that aspect, either. I think it's worth a look if the niche really intrigues you, but the site as a whole could use a few upgrades to make it a little more competitive for the average user.
