FETS has been around for quite a while now, starting back in 1997 according to their figures. They seem to focus on "costume play erotica," and it looks like it may all be filled from customer's requests. It's definitely all exclusive content they're offering, and you can get a good idea of their site by checking out the free section which gives some great samples. Once you're ready to see everything, it'll cost you $25 a month to become a member.
Unfortunately the site isn't much to look at. It's simple at least, which is nice, but don't expect fancy graphics and designs. I think they keep their focus on the content, which is understandable. What they do give is a couple ways to browse, either by model (which is broken up into six pages), or by the category (which range from french maids to figure skaters). I usually prefer checking out a chronological list of the most recent galleries, which I finally found, though it's not really setup to be your main browsing choice. Something new does seem to be put up every few days though, which is nice to see.
I was ready to check out some content, and found some cute girls and outfits to see. The layout of the galleries isn't a personal favorite with the thumbnails along the left side of the screen (it makes you scroll way too much for my liking), and then an automatic slideshow started on top of it which was moving too quickly to figure out at first. It appears that this is a glitch with certain browsers they're trying to fix, and it certainly was annoying.
The galleries themselves fall into a select number of categories. Member's are encouraged to be included in the planning process in the forum, where they'll finally narrow down to a specific idea for the next shoot. That's great for you interactive types, but for the others who are just here one day and gone the next, it's not too big of a deal. The pictures generally look quite nice, especially when you're looking at more recent sets. Scenes are well-lit, well thought out (obviously), and sized right at 1280x960. Zip files are usually available, but not from the gallery page (??). You can find them linked in the one-click downloads section, and on the updates page, but not in the gallery itself for some very strange reason.
Videos aren't much of a focus here, so I won't spend much time on them. They come in DivX format in a few small clips per video. Generally they are offered either in 352x240 or 512x384 (hover over the link URL to know which are which). They look pretty good, except for a small framerate issue here and there (they don't look as smooth as usual - I'm getting about 15fps reported here).
The forum is really the only other thing you can check out. It's active with views, but not so much with posts it seems. If you browse around enough though, you can find some good info on the sets (including notes from the photographer, etc).
There's obviously a lot of work that goes into this site with all the planning and requests. The content is exclusive, it looks good, and it's unique in its niche. The site itself isn't spectacular, and there's a few things that could be spruced up a bit. I think overall it's a decent join - a majority of people might just think it's okay but not great, while others will think it's the greatest thing ever by my guess. If you like the interactivity with the owners and their unique fetish content, I'd say it's right up your alley. For the others, check it out if you like the content genre as there's still some good stuff to be seen here.
