Erotic BPM is as much a community as it is a porn site. They're reaching out to to all those people who consider themselves a member of the "subculture". Judging from what I saw, it seems the defining characteristics of the subculture include piercings, tatoos, and resisting authority. That, and if you want to be a member of this subculture, it'll cost you $7.95/mo.
Forgetting the community for a minute, let me talk about the porn. They have a lot of solo girl model galleries and a few boy/girl and girl/girl sets too. The total number of pics is over 11,000 and most of the models are hot. It's all exclusive content and the focus is obviously on chicks with tatoos, piercings, or goth style. It's a good collection of babes, but they won't appeal to every guy. For the most part, these are certainly not the innocent looking girl-next-door types you might be used to. Picture quality varies from set to set, but overall it's very high with crisp, clean, large pics. There's no videos, but there appears to be cam shows by a few models. I really wasn't able to get a read on when or how often they take place, but there are some past-show archive pictures.
The community features revolve around the message boards. It's very active in there with hundreds of topics and thousands of posts. All kinds of discussions take place including model requests, sex talk, current events, picture posting, and video games. Really there's all kinds of interesting give and take on these boards, so much so that the community didn't seem to have a subculture feel to it. That might be good or bad based on your point of view. Each member also gets a photo album in which they post pictures for all to see.
Erotic BPM will be enjoyed by people really interested in getting involved in an online community. This site is cheap at just $7.95/mo so if you are dedicated to chatting then you'll really get a lot for your money. If, however, you don't care about the boards and just want to see some alternative chicks then it's still probably worth the money even if you only stay for a month or two.
