I'm probably not the best judge of the actual content here since I'm not a huge anime fan, but I can see the appeal I think. You get to see some stuff that could never happen in real life (for various reasons I'm sure), and the girls are always perfect and willing. Today we're looking at Erotic Anime, which is a mostly photo-based site filled with all kinda of anime (categories include girls, hardcore, manga, comics, bondage, yaoi, yuri, aliens, shemales, and more). I don't know what most of those are, but it seems like a nice diverse group. Bring the cash because membership is up there at $35 a month, which better mean they have a kick-ass member's area to make it worth your while.
The goods:
- Lots of content up. You can't complain about the size of the site, which was pretty expected considering the high price tag. There are currently almost 1,200 galleries online, but only 70 videos. Hopefully you're into photos, because there are a lot of them here.
- Site looks nice. I always thought sites like this (animation) should have good designs, since they're working with people who basically do designs for a living. Thankfully this one looks good to me, which is nice to see.
- Updates come regularly. At my last review a month or two ago, they were updating weekly at the time. They currently have a few new galleries going up daily, but I'm not sure if that's a permanent change or what. Either way, updates come regularly which is what we want to see.
The bads:
- Navigation is difficult. With so many categories to browse through, and only 10 galleries listed per page, it feels like it takes a long time to get anywhere in the site. There are no real browse or search features that I saw (there is a search box, but searches for simple phrases like 69 turned up empty), so you're stuck with what they have.
- Not sure on exclusivity. I can't imagine that most of this stuff is exclusive, so the converse must be true. If there is any exclusive content here, they sure don't make it well known.
- Quality can vary. As with any site this large, there is a huge variety of content. Some of the older (??) stuff has considerable less quality than others.
Conclusion:
Erotic Anime isn't a bad site, but it wasn't quite perfect either. They have a lot of material up, and seem to update regularly, which are the two best things going for them. On the other hand, I don't think it's exclusive, there aren't a ton of videos, and the price is pretty high. I'd say it's worth a look to see if it'd work for you, but it'll be hit or miss I think as you browse around.
