Intro

Epic Male is a network of a dozen gay sites that feature a lot of hardcore action along with a bit of solo guy jerking off. The themes including cover a wide range like muscle guys, straight guys, black/asian guys, creampies, no condoms, bisexual, etc. Content is organized by scene with the downloadable videos as the main focus of things and then photo galleries as supporting contend for most shoots.

The Pros

Hardcore & Solo Gay Content, Nice Mix of Network Themes.

Content and site themes are quite wide-ranging here. Hardcore guy/guy banging dominates the collection although there is some solo jerking off and groupsex to be found as well. Models range from amateur to pro looking with trim to fit body types and they have sites or categories dedicated to black, asian, latin, hairy, muscle, and straight guys. Scenes come in at around 20-25 minutes each on average.

HD New Videos, Full-Scene Downloads & Flash Streaming.

Video options are consistent in that they do have MP4, MPG, and WMV full scene files for downloading along with in-browser Flash streaming. Newer updates do have HD quality on the MP4 at either 1920x1080 for the most recent or 1280x720 on slightly older scenes.

Other Good Stuff:

The network has a nice amount of total scense with hundreds of videos and nearly as many photo gallery sets as video scenes.
Useful info is posted for each scene including model names, niche categories, running time, and update dates.
Photos are nice quality at 1600x1062 and have both online images and zip file downloads.

The Cons

Network Navigation/Browsing Could Be Better.

I found that when you log in directly to Epic Male they don't have a breakdown of the collection by individual site. However if you do login to one of the sites then you can browse by site collection. Also, going into Epic Male directly you don't have the same keyword search so I actually think it is better to use one of the individual sites. I don't know why they have the network hub Epic Male set-up with fewer navigation tools than the niche sites.

Video Quality Varies, One Quality Option per Format.

The older scenes do not have either of the HD quality level available so that does vary throughout the collection. They use the different formats for various quality levels so they don't have multiple options in each format which you see on other sites.

Minor Negatives:

Some sites don't update for lengths of time and have periods of inactivity.
One item they don't post is the video file sized information for the downloadable files. The same goes for the picture gallery zips.

Bottom Line

A sizable collectoin of downloadable gay content with a nice mix of guys & niche themes.

Whether you look at the Epic Male hub site which has a compilation of their content or the individual network sites the bottom line is this is a solid gay collection. They have a nice blend of different guys in terms of body types and ethnicities and cover hardcore, group, and solo action. The focus on the videos is good but they also have photo galleries on many of the scenes too. Although the quality varies on the videos depending on their age the download and streaming formats are consistent. It's a sound library of gay content.
