Enigmatic Boys is the home to exclusive pictures and videos of teen boy models from all over Europe the Mediterranean. It isn't too often that we come across gay sites with an artistic edge so the tasteful preview pictures on the tour really caught my eye. The men are all young, but a bit more muscular than the textbook definition of a twink. There are some real hotties in the bunch, quite a few with a certain ethnic look that is very striking. I was very excited to finally be reviewing a male-focused site with an emphasis on quality.
The Goods -
All of the material on Enigmatic Boys is original. They shoot all their own content and have managed to find some real hotties that I haven't seen on other sites. The majority of the content is solo, but you will find some guy-guy sets here and there. They keep the locations varied so the softcore scenes remain interesting. I especially enjoyed all the outdoor shoots.
The quality of the content here is excellent. The pictures are large at 1600x1200 and very sharp. This is gorgeous professional photography. The models clearly know what they're doing, as well. The poses are interesting and they really know how to give it to the camera. Fans are sure to love the zip download feature to save all these hot sets. The videos also looked smoking at 1500k, but in my opinion it's the photos where they really shine.
The Bads -
There really aren't enough browse features. You can view the models in what appears to be a chronological list (although I can't be sure of that) and that's it. You can't search for specific gentlemen or sets, you can't even arrange the men alphabetically! The videos are in a different section with no easy way to jump from a model's photos to his videos. While we're on the topic of features, I'd also like to have more information provided about the models and the sets.
No update dates are provided with the photo sets. Although the site promises weekly updates and I can see that new content has been added recently, there are no date stamps to tell exactly when certain sets were added. The videos do have dates, however, and it looks like a new movie comes around once a week.
Conclusion -
It's difficult to find gay sites with high quality original content and that's exactly where Enigmatic Boys shines. The models are hot, the photography is gorgeous, and they've got a good sized collection to keep members entertained. That's an awesome foundation for a site. I think the biggest area that needs improvement is user features. More browse options, scene info, and even video viewing choices would make the site so much more user-friendly. I think if a few of these changes were made, Enigmatic Boys would be tough to beat. Even now, though, I give it a high recommendation.
