DP Newbies is one site of a handful from this company that fits in with their "newbies" concept. The other sites are other niches and included with membership. They're featured on the guest tour plus you can find that info in the TBP site facts section. As the title implies the stated niche here is DP or double penetration and that is indeed what makes up the content. It's a European based company so the performers are from that part of the world which adds another distinguishing aspect to the material.
The Goods:
- Exclusive DP/Threesome Episodes. The content here is totally based in the site's downloadable movie episodes. Naturally as DP shoots they are all threesomes with one chick and two dudes. The shoots are fully developed hardcore scenes with double penetration action featured as things play out. The exclusivity is a key positive to note as well.
- Ultra High-Res Movies, Full-Vid Files. The video quality is the #1 selling point here. Basically these guys are one of the leading companies when it comes to having high-resolution downloadable files. Each movie is offered in full-movie files in four different quality levels. Additionally there are clips in one quality level as another choice. WMV is the format for all the videos. Basically the movies look as awesome as the specs make them sound.
- Vid Size/Length Info, Shoot Summaries. These are the details provided on the individual episode pages. Each has a written shoot summary plus they're really good as posting the shoot length in minutes along with the file sizes of the full-movie files. The file size info is especially helpful since we're dealing with such large movies at high quality.
The Bads:
- Very Small Collection of Content. This is the trade-off members are asked to give in return for the high-resolution movies. There are just a handful of movies available in the collection. It's definitely down there at what I'd consider to be a minimum of acceptable episodes for a paysite.
- No Update Specifics or Info. This works in concert with the previous bullet point about the amount of quantity. There aren't any update details posted nor is there any kind of historical log. Our TBP content editors haven't been able to discern any kind of update track record.
- HD Full-Movie Files are Huge. This point is really just an item to keep in mind. It's not really anything the site owners can do anything about nor is it a glaring problem. Still it's worth noting that when you get into high def movies the file sizes are sizable. Those who are impatient or have slower connection might want to take this into consideration.
Conclusion:
The price here is $29.95/mo which is in-line with what you might expect from a full sized site with a network attached. DP Newbies has a small collection and a small number of bonus sites included. It's definitely the video quality that they're focusing in on to add value to what they offer. That along with the exclusivity, focus on DP action, and Euro performers are what stand out. The real thing holding the site down is that they need to get on the ball and grow that collection.
