Dirty Boy Video doesn't seem to have too many dudes who need showers right off the bat at least. They do offer up apparently exclusive scenes of solo guys and gay dudes getting each other off in videos, pictures, webcams, DVD's, and more. The tour left me a little confused as to what we'd see inside initially, whether they're a DVD production company or what. You can get access to their collection for $25 a month, or they have a week-long trial you can check out as well.
The goods:
- All exclusive gay content. It's not a huge site, but it's not too small either. So in the end they have a decent-sized collection of gay content that seems to be all exclusive that they shot themselves. Exclusive material like this can be tough to come by at times, so hopefully they can keep this up and running.
- Updates seem to come pretty regularly. It was a bit tough to figure their update schedule out at first, since there were three days in a row with updates, and then a bunch of skipped days to the next one. They only show the last four update dates, but I found their upcoming updates as well which completed the picture. They put something new up every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. It's a weird schedule to me, but it gets you three updates per week.
The bads:
- Could use more video options. They only offer videos in Quicktime (unfortunately for you Windows users). They do have clips and larger scenes, but I'd definitely like to see at least one more video type, plus some quality options in there.
- A few too many different sections/themes going on. Between Doll Fuckers, Hardcore Amateurs, the Frathouse, Mardi Gras, and the Chelsea Sublet, things are just too spread out here unfortunately for my liking. They even mix in video and photo galleries together on that page, which makes things more confusing than they need to be.
- A bit of clutter around the member's area. Part of this is due to all their little sections since there are so many links to those, but there are also icons to go to their bonus sites, icons to view their feeds, an advertisement, etc. All this leads to too many things to click on here without actually knowing where the real content is right off the bat.
Conclusion:
They offer up a decent, though mixed, collection of content here that may be worth a look. There's a few small problems such as too many different sections and not offering enough video options for my liking, but they provide some decent content and keep it updated regularly. Plus the fact that it's all exclusive doesn't hurt either. I wouldn't mind more content even, which will come in time I guess. So for now it's decent, and with some easy fixes could still be better.
