Today we're looking at Digital Playground, which looks like a pretty typical pornsite with a decent list of pornstars in the tour that they feature. Watch out for the video and audio on the homepage that starts automatically, and can't be turned off; they do the same on the member's main page as well, but at least you can mute that one. Otherwise, the tour looks like most any glossy corporate site, so I'm interested to jump inside and see what they really offer here. It's normally $30 to join, but they've setup a discount for our readers to just $20 a month, which is a nice break.
The goods:
- Decent-sized site. With over 700 photo galleries and over 180 videos currently, it's not a small site by any means. I'm not sure how often they update, or how much they add, but I assume it's decent to get to these numbers.
- Some exclusive content. It's hard to tell what's exclusive and what's not here, but I think a decent majority of it is exclusive content just from looking around.
The bads:
- Movies play in browser only. Granted the Flash player is pretty nice at least, and the videos look decent, but you won't be downloading anything here.
- Updates aren't dated. Like I said earlier, I have no idea how big their updates are, and I have no idea how often they come. Nothing is dated, but hopefully they update decent based on their current content counts.
Conclusion:
Honestly for me, everything is fine here at Digital Playground. The videos look fine, the photos are good enough, and the site is a decent size. The weird thing was that I didn't really find an overall theme, or anything that stood out as great. It's just a pretty basic porn site. Thankfully it's better than a lot of the crap we see out there usually, but it's just hard to find anything on my end that would keep me around. Maybe it's just me. It's not bad, but it won't stick out for me.
