Intro

Desert Cuties is up for review today, and this site features Arizona amateurs showing off their stuff in anything from solo to hardcore scenes. It's a very photo-heavy site, and definitely feels like amateur sites from years back. Take a look around the tour and see what you think. The site isn't huge, with 21 models and maybe 85 photo galleries total, but maybe you'll find a favorite. $18 a month gets you in the door, which isn't a terrible price at least.

The Pros

New video quality is looking pretty nice.

For the newer videos, they switched to a widescreen 1080p HD format, and they look very nice overall. They don't have a professional feel to them, with lighting that varies a bit here and there, but the actual video quality is pretty good overall. It was a nice surprise to see these specs here.

Other Good Stuff:

Of course, just as you'd expect, the content is 100% exclusive here from what I can tell. I think it's mostly shot by the couple themselves.
The download speeds came in very quick here. They maxed out my connection speed using both a download manager, and a standard browser download, which is impressive.

The Cons

Tiny site overall.

They're right around 50 photo galleries and seven videos currently (plus maybe another 35-ish photo galleries in the archive section), which is way too small for a member's area unfortunately. It won't take long to power through everything they have here in my opinion.

Navigation isn't the best.

The site is very plain overall. They are in the middle of a redesign apparently (which looks like it's been going on for nine months or so), and the new site isn't all that much better. There's no easy way to just view the newest photos or videos, let alone any type of category or search feature.

Updates aren't dated, may not come often.

Nothing is dated here at all, and with such a small collection, I can't imagine they're coming in all that frequently. They need some kind of update log (even for the most recent updates at minimum), but full update info on all the content would be preferred.

Minor Negatives:

Though they have an in-browser video available here, it's not an actual streaming video. You can only jump ahead so far as you've actually downloaded, instead of being able to jump around right away.
There are no zip files available here for the photo galleries, which may be annoying for some.

Bottom Line

Even the new design preview feels dated, and there's not nearly enough to see.

Desert Cuties just started off on a shaky foot and continued to go down hill for me. There's not much to see here at all, and updates are a huge question mark. The design and navigation aren't great, the quality is average at best (save for maybe the few new HD videos they have), and I just don't think you could spend very long here. To get back in the game, they need to make a huge effort towards growth, quality, and options going forward.
