Digital Desire is the new site name and home for top notch nude photography site, Digital Dreamgirls. Considering my previous scores, I'm certain that our 3rd follow-up here (re-review) will prove to be just as exciting. To review, this is the work of J. Stephen Hicks (and friends), "a well known and respected photographer who, in his college years, was criticized for his eccentric taste in creating nude female photography". And yet, he has gone on to shoot for Playboy and Penthouse before finally breaking off to start his own venture. After more than 10 years Hicks has managed to accumulate more than 213,000+ images and 450+ video clips, all the while keeping up to date in terms of quality and design. Best of all, TBP users can gain access to the Digital Desire member's area for a specially reduced $22.90 per month, as opposed to the normal price of $24.80. It's been about 2 years since our last review, and I'm excited to see what's new...
The Good:
- Exclusive/original content of hot young amateurs, well-known web girls and porn stars. You're not only going to find those well known, top internet "dreamgirls" here, but you're also going to find "creamgirls", "girlfriends", "hooters", "just 19", "amateurs", "pornstars", etc. So yes, this is a large mix of models, but all of the content shares the Hicks (&/or Charles, Mark Lit, Scott Evans) personal touch.
- High quality content. Both the pics and the vids look great! Images are offered in a couple different sizes, up to an incredible 3000x2000 pixels - they're just amazing! Videos offer DivX quality and WMV high quality downloads with streams that go up to 3500k. They're also incredible to watch.
- Smooth site design with many browse/viewing options. Along with the new name, and newly streamlined site design makes getting around and viewing content a breeze. I love the clean design & menu options, as well as the multiple image and video viewing formats.
- Multiple daily updates. For a site with such longevity, it's incredible that Digital Desire manages to update as often as it does. Users can read the Daily Word or browse the archives by month, week, and model category.
- Reduced price. TBP users can get access to the Digital Desire member's area for a specially reduced $22.90 monthly membership. And I'm pretty sure that the newly designed site/member's area also now gives access to the Xtreme content, which used to cost an additional membership fee.
The Bad:
- No model bio information. Also, at times no content information is given, mostly this applies to the video content. For an otherwise incredible site offering original content, I'd love to see a little more personality mixed in.
The Conclusion:
Simply put, this is one incredible site well-worth it's high score and reorganization as one of the top Adult websites. The design is clean & professional, the quality is incredible and best of all they deliver in all key areas. The only addition that I could see as being necessary for my overall enjoyment is model bios and consistent content information. Overall though, I'm very pleased with how this site has progressed since our very first visit back in 2003. I loved it then, and I love it even more now. It's nice to see websites that actually stay up to date with trends and technology. The specially reduced price tag makes Digital Desire a must join for any TBP users who have yet to step foot into the DD member's area.
