Dare Ring is a unique site based on the game of Truth of Dare. We’ve all played it and revealed our secret crushes or streaked the neighborhood, whatever the whims of our friends dictated. The game of Dare Ring is a bit more structured, with players drawing cards instructing them to strip, kiss, perform oral sex, and otherwise engage in a kinky orgy of fun.
The Goods –
The videos are entertaining. It’s great to see an original idea for a site. It doesn’t seem scripted at all; they’re just a bunch of people leaving their sex life to the fate of the cards. Each scene is different and interesting.
Video quality is pretty good. The scenes play at 1300k and are usually sharp and well-lit. I came across a few that had a little fuzz to them but overall these are nice looking movies.
The Bads –
This is a very small site. There are just 12 scenes online right now. Each round is about 10-25 minutes long, so with seven rounds per game, that’s a lot of video. But with no photos and so few videos it really isn’t a very large collection.
They don’t appear to be updating. No information is provided about updates, and their content count has remained unchanged for some time now. I don’t think this small site is growing any time soon.
They provide no information about any of the players or scenes. All you get is a list of players that are participating. They don’t tell you anything about who these people are or what kind of cards they are drawing. I think this is a big misstep for Dare Ring. A site like this could be full of personality (It’s a lot more interesting that Megan has to give oral sex to Michael if we knew that Megas was dating Ray, for example) but it really comes up short.
There are no options for viewing the videos. Each game is divided into seven rounds that are downloadable wmvs. There are no options for quality, format, or scene length. For a strictly video site, I would expect some kind of user option.
Conclusion –
It’s great to see something different and fun. I just wish Dare Ring was a bit stronger. The concept is good but the site is weak, with such a small collection and no sign of updates. I hope that changes because I think with a little work this site could go far. If not, though, check out their site for game instructions and make your own fun.
