Cute Joy is an amateur girl site and the samples on the guest tour give you an idea what she's all about. The content revolves around solo performances of Joy in stripping, posing, masturbation, and toy play. A few light fetishes can be found like smoking, cream, and stockings. Basically she's all about looking hot for the camera on her own.
The Goods:
- Very High-Res Pics/Vids of Joy. The content focus is on the picture and video collection and they deliver impressive quality material. This stuff is definitely near the tops in terms of content on a solo girl site. She is more of an model rather than an amateur so much of the value comes from the ultra high-res pictures and video files rather than interaction or personal features like that.
- Full-Movie Files & Clips. The videos are offered in HD quality full-movie files as well as a lower high quality level. In addition there are high quality clips for quicker downloading. In-browser viewing is also available. Even though they stick to the single WMV format these are pretty good choices.
- Good Update Log & Info. Update details can be found all over the site including on the main page which highlights the recent additions plus upcoming stuff. All entries throughout the gallery and video sections have update info clearly listed.
The Bads:
- Newer Site, Smallish Collection. Cute Joy went online in early 2008 so they have yet to build up a large amount of content. The foundation is in place though with steady updates and a good balance between the number of picture galleries and videos.
- Long Download Waits for Videos. This is part of what you get with HD quality videos but I found long waits even with the clips. The setup isn't overly user friendly either with the movies initially opening in-browser and from that page it's possible to download the files to you computer.
- No Real Member Interaction. Joy has a "corporate" style solo site where things like pictures, videos, and content quality are the selling points rather than interaction. The fact that bonus niche sites are included is more evidence of this less personal style. A webcam section has no schedule and simply links to a 3rd party PPV cam service where Joy has a profile.
Conclusion:
It'll be interesting to see how Cute Joy's site evolves as it has more time to grow. The foundation of high res pic/vids is a good starting place so growth and additional personal features are things to look for in the future. The $29.95/mo price is on the high end for a solo girl site though the bonus network sites do help offset that a bit.
