The Goods –
Photo quality is usually pretty nice. The pictures are good-sized at 1024x768 and most are clear and sharp. The photographers also seem to be experienced at capturing all the important parts of the scene, from full-length shots of a sissy bound to the wall, to close-ups of nipple clamps and ball binds. The videos could be a little clearer, but the photos make up for it.

The Bads –
Updates have been behind lately. The most recent gallery was added two months ago; the most recent video was added five months ago! They used to be really consistent with updates, adding something new every couple of days. I’m not sure what happened or if this is a temporary or permanent problem.
Thanks in large part to the lacking updates, the site still isn’t all that big. There are just about 8,200 photos and 39 videos. That isn’t bad, but there’s definitely not enough material here to keep you interested very long.
I’m not sure on the exclusivity of the content. My first impression was that it was original but then I realized that there was nothing to back that up. They don’t even say anywhere that it is exclusive, and that’s usually something a site likes to advertise. Furthermore, with no scene or model info, it seems that this very well could be purchased material. I can’t say for sure either way.
Conclusion –
Though the serious and severe fetish action makes for good entertainment, Cruel Women Rules has a couple big issues. For $30 a month, I expect a site to be updating. They need more material, plain and simple. I also wish I could say for sure about the exclusivity. If it is exclusive, I’d like to see a lot more info and personality here. Cruel Women Rules could go far, but there are a few things holding them back right now.
