Club Red Light is the official website of video production company Red Light District. They’re one of the biggest adult studios out there and their wild collection has won numerous awards. It’s a good bet that you’ve come across their titles at one point in your porn travels. Here you can access their complete archive of “face-blasting, ass-stretching, pussy-pummeling action.”
The Goods –
All of the material here is original. Red Light District produces all their own films and they work with some of the hottest pornstars in the business. They even offer some material on their site that is completely exclusive and cannot be found anywhere else. For fans of Red Light’s entertaining flicks, that’s a huge benefit to membership.
There’s a nice-sized collection of movies. There are currently 316 full-length DVDs on the site in dozens of series like Assault That Ass, I’m Only Squirteen, and Stuff My Hot Pink Oven, and even Cum Fart Cocktails. They cover a wide variety of hardcore niches with their collection.
Updates come daily. A full-length DVD is added to the collection seven days a week, keeping the site growing fast. Their update log provides links and preview thumbnails to all recently added movies, so it’s easy to jump right to the newest content.
The Bads –
Many of the videos are streaming-only. A large portion of the collection offers videos that play in your browser using Flash. These movies cannot be downloaded. It’s pretty obvious why they don’t let you download them, as there’s a link right on that same page to purchase the DVD from their warehouse.
The movies that can be downloaded are not without their own restrictions. They limit members to three wmv downloads per day. That’s a much stricter limit than what we usually see and I could see it irritating a lot of members.
Though the content here is original, it is far from exclusive. We see videos by Red Light District on just about every DVD archive site we review. While this suggests that their videos have a high entertainment value, it also makes it harder to put up with the download restrictions. There are plenty of other sites I can visit where I can download all the Red Light movies I want.
Conclusion –
Access to Club Red Light costs $30 a month, which is about right for a site with daily DVD updates of original content. I was definitely entertained by their videos, I just think there are a few things they could do to make the site more user-friendly. With content that is so readily available on other sites, they need some way to stand out, whether through super high quality videos, user features, a low price, or something else. It’s a good join but there is still room to improve.
