Intro

Classic Porn Scenes has one of those titles that clearly tells you exactly what they are all about. Indeed they do have a collection of video scenes that are from the classic or vintage decades of the 1970's and 80's. The guest tour is really informative as the scene and pornstar browsing is exactly like how members see things. As a visitor you can sift through all that stuff and see if they have videos and/or stars you're interested in. The site is pretty expensive but they do throw in a couple other vintage and classic porn bonus sites.

The Pros

Seveal Hundred Classic Porn Scenes from the 1970s & 80s.

Content entirely revolves around individual video scenes which are a nice collection of vintage and classic porn from the 70s and 80s. It%u2019s possible some earlier and later ones are in the mix but the vast majority fit that time period. Included are lots of familiar stars from that era with the total number of videos being in the hundreds. The action is hardcore with all sorts of one-on-one and groupsex to be found.

Good Design; Model Index, Niche Tags, Update Dates.

They layout is fairly simple but works well for this type of collection. The best feature is the pornstar index which can be sorted alphabetically or by top viewed/rated. Most importantly is that they have preview pictures for all the performers. There are film and star niche tags and simple chronological browsing as well.

Other Good Stuff:

Videos are available in full-scene downloads with AVI and portable M4V formats. Also in-browser Flash streaming buffers quickly and allows for immediate jumping ahead.
Two additional company bonus sites are included with membership and both feature similar retro/vintage/classic content.
The photo of Ron Jeremy in the model index is classic! He's in a tux, smoking a cigar, and holding an award trophy. In fact, the photos of many of the stars can be fun to browse on their own.

The Cons

No Scene Movie Info or Bios/Resumes on the Pornstars.

For me this is something that really stood out. These guys have short titles on the scenes that they have come up with. No movie source, year, or studio information is provided. The same goes for the pornstars themselves on the model index. Those pages only link thru to the scenes they appear in without any further details other than date of birth.

Average to Low Video Quality, Could Use More Options.

For downloading they have just the AVI files along with the portable M4V version. In my opinion they could use some additional download formats. As is to be expected the quality and specs here are fairly average which is normal for classic porn stuff like this. The quality varies a bit depending on the scene.

Minor Negatives:

The monthly price is rather expensive. Also, when initially logging in you are presented with a page of advertisements. The same holds true when you jump over to either of the bonus sites. The trial is also limited access.
Could use an additional navigation features of browsing the content by date or decade. It would make sense to me to have classic/vintage porn organized in that manner.

The other

The included bonus sites are linked to from the Classic Porn Scenes member's area. Login re-entry is not required when browsing between sites.

Bottom Line

A straightforward collection of classic porn scenes from the 1970s & 80s.

While Classic Porn Scenes isn't doing anything spectacular I like the collection and the site set-up as well. The one thing that was really missing for me was background info on the scenes and models. That's the main negative along with the higher price. Still they do have a fun group of video scenes that classic/vintage enthusiasts might enjoy checking out.
