I'm guessing Chica Boom has something to do with latina chicks, or else they had a funny domain name sitting around and weren't sure what else to do with it. The site is part of the Kick Ass Pass network, and gets you access to all their other sites obviously for your $15 a month. The tour looks better than their others used to from what I remember, though the graphics still have a small amateur feel to them. There are also only two previews here, so it's tough to know exactly what you'll get inside. I guess that's why we're here.
After looking around a bit for a member's link (which is tough to find till you go to their root folder), I finally logged in. My eyes found their member's area counts first, which are 55 videos, 1,605 photos, and 100 girls. Does that not quite add up for anyone else? First off, obviously not all girls have videos since it's a statistical impossibility (don't I rule with my fancy big words?), and even that leaves only one video for just half the girls here. Second, if all the girls have pictures, then that leaves 16.05 pictures per girl - doesn't seem like much! The only way it makes some sort of sense is if you assume 55 of the girls have only one video each, and the other 45 have pictures only (35-36 each) which is still a bit odd.
Heading to the photos section, there are actually 24 girls here with about 70 pictures each on average. There seems to be a good mix of both softcore and hardcore sets, and make sure to read what's going on as they try to fool you sometimes. The newest few sets look good, and the older ones look older. The sets vary so much that I can't imagine these are exclusive sets, but you never know. They have two image sizes available, medium (more like tiny at 600x400) which are the default, and large (which range from 960x575 to 1500x1000 or so) that you have to physically select for each and every picture you want to see them on. They need a global picture size setting somewhere. They also offer zip files of the larger photos if you're interested in that instead.
Once in the videos section, they actually have 89 videos up (time to get a script to update your content counts!) which helps make up for the number discrepancies. They offer two quality options of Windows Media Video files, and you can actually download the whole thing, or choose which scene you'd like to start the video from (a la Video Box, though you can't configure where you'd like it to end). The 320x240, 700-900kbps videos look good overall. They're not great, but they're not awful either. Older videos just have one quality option (the higher of the two), and I even saw a Quicktime movie here and there for some reason. The older stuff looks about the same as the newer stuff, so no need to worry about quality degradation a few months back.
They do have a model's index to find specific girls, and let you search by ethnicity (of which there are just too many to choose from - many come up with just one model), name, home state, bra size, and shoe size (??). The model's pages usually have a few stats on them, but most of them are too minimal to do much good. Updates aren't on a set schedule from what I could tell. Pictures came once a week or two, except for glaring 2-3 month breaks here and there for no real reason. Videos are a bit better, sometimes with several updates per week, though sometimes you can go a couple weeks with nothing there too.
Overall, it's a decent site. I think there are a lot of areas that need work though, including the design still, video quality, growth, etc. The $15 exclusive bargain pricing really helps this one become a better deal. This site is good for now, especially at the great price, and with some work could be even more fun.
