Welcome to Cartoon Valley everybody! Where else could you see all your favorite cartoon chicks fucking around on each other? Certainly not in those G-rated flicks your kids bring home. The tour is a bit of a shock when you first see it, since you're not used to seeing these characters do these kinds of things. These obviously aren't sanctioned by any of the actual studios, but there seem to be some pretty good artists out there doing some great fakes. For $30 a month, you can check this stuff out too if you're interested.
The member's area is divided up into a few sections: galleries, comix, movies, and archive. It's a little plain, though the header and menu both fit in with the theme. They seem to list their latest updates, which are from back in June (four months ago) - that doesn't quite sit well. The three photo sections are a bit confusing as well, as I'm not sure what the differences are between them exactly.
I went to the galleries section first, and there are seven pages with six galleries each available. There's quite a wide variety, including some sets with actual dudes mixed in with the cartoon girls - very strange. While the tour is based on a lot of well-known characters, inside there's a large number of random hentai type material as well (just so you know). Galleries aren't huge (10 pics each a lot of the time). Picture quality is fine, but about the biggest you'll get is 800x600. The comix section is similar, though I guess as expected, instead of having individual images, it's laid out like a comic book page. The archive contains more galleries, just older stuff here I guess. There's a decent number of photo galleries up total, though it's not huge.
The video section is quite small with only six clips available. What's more, of the six clips, it seems that there are two actual videos total from the looks of it. In reality, it's far more confusing. It looks like there are actually two sections of videos, and each of those has three quality options. Once you click one of the links, there are really a few pages of clips there to check out in that quality option. All seem to come in Windows Media Video, and all play in your browser only (no downloads). The stats say that they're at 640x480 and 600kbps, but they don't look that big to me. They may have resized them in the browser for some reason, though that wouldn't make much sense to me. Anyway, they look decent, though some are better than others. Some are just too short to be any fun (and they repeat the whole time), while others are a bit better. It's hit or miss I guess.
What's missing most here is size, and growth. With updates stopping a while ago, there's not much to look forward to right now. They could start up again I suppose, though it's not looking good right now. Otherwise, the content is unique, and the quality is about where you'd expect it. I think it's a bit expensive for what you get, but since you can't find this stuff everywhere it might be worth a look. Not bad, but not great either in the end.

Well, we've got some growth around these parts which is good news. Last time it had looked like they were no longer updating, which was bad news at the high price. Actually speaking of price, it's higher than ever at $35 a month now which is bad news as well. However, they are updating now and trying to keep things regular. Their content counts are looking decent these days. The content is as interesting as ever, if not for getting aroused, at least for the amusement factor. The site itself remains much the same with in-browser videos and such, so that stuff remains. Overall, it's nice to see them growing and updates coming, though the high price and different content may keep you from sticking around longer.
Score increased from 72.7 to 76.5.
