Intro

CamcorderXXX is up for review today, and this is another hardcore site featuring amateurs that made their own homemade porn tape. I don't think the content is exclusive since it seems so generic, but it fills a nice niche. You get to see regular people having (mostly) regular sex, which is different from the norm. $30 a month buys you a membership here, which gets you full access to the XXX Home Video Network here.

The Pros

Unique amateur content.

Well, I guess it's not terribly unique, but the niche itself is. It's fun to watch average people get it on sometimes. The glossed up porn we see day in and day out can be pretty cut and dry, so this mixes things up nicely.

Pretty large site.

With over 300 video scenes, I was impressed with how much content they offered here. I was expecting under 50 scenes for sure, but you could stay relatively busy here for a while I think.

The Cons

Doesn't seem to update much.

Nothing is dated here, so it's really tough to tell when they update exactly. We do our own content counts, and have seen one new video scene in the last seven months. Of course, we may have just counted wrong one of the times, so who knows.

Quality is just okay.

It's pretty much expected that the quality will be a little lower here than a normal paysite. However, it still needs to be mentioned. The video quality can vary a lot, and a lot of these scenes have pretty low lighting, which can make the videos overly grainy.

Navigation is plain.

This is a very simple site all around. There are no real navigation options or features to mention. I'd love to see some categories at least to help filter things down better.

Minor Negatives:

While they have videos, there are no photo galleries here at all, which may disappoint some.
For some reason, they don't offer any streaming or Flash videos, which may annoy some.

Bottom Line

Pretty standard stuff for the niche, though at least there's a lot to see.

CamcorderXXX has all the goods and bads you'd expect from a site like this. The content is pretty standard, though at least you feel like a voyeur peeking into these people's sex lives. The quality is a little lower than usual of course, but that's to be expected as well. Beyond that, the navigation is quite plain, and the updates seem very slow. Thankfully, there are over 300 videos to check out as it is, so hopefully that will keep you content for a while (along with the network sites, which are all very similar). It's nothing special, but it may hit the spot if you're in the mood for this type of material.
