Cam Boys XXX has live gay cam shows along with a collection of archived shows. Unlike many live show cam sites that strictly have pay-per-minute pricing Cam Boys have a VIP membership and then per-minute pricing. The per-minute rate is actually quite low for these kinds of shows. Even taking into account the VIP cost it's still a pretty well priced live cam website.

The Goods:

- Good Video Quality. This applies to both the live shows as well as the archives. The live cams are smooth even though the picture isn't huge. For the archives they use QuickTime version 7. I actually had to go update my QT but once I did the quality is very solid.

- Solo & Hardcore Shows. As I'm writing this review the archives are about 1/3 hardcore and 2/3 solo performances. There's even a group show in there too. For a site like this that's a pretty good mix.

The Bads:

- Poor Site Design. I found the navigation to be a pain. This goes from the guest tour all the way to the member’s area. Specifically the models galleries are on some other url that's got a totally different design. Cleaning up the layout would help the site a lot.

- Not Many Models Online. The archives are a key content component since there are only a few guys live at any one time. The scheduled shows help but considering the model list has 100+ guys there should be more online to choose from all the time.

Conclusion:

It is unusual for a cam site to rely so heavily on the archives but even though that's the case Cam Boys still has something to offer with their own cam guys. Just don't get lost on the choppy tour.
