Buk Buddies. Hmmm. What are Buk Buddies? From what I can tell from the tour, we're in for a whole lot of up sells. Buk Buddies is a highly averagely designed gay site featuring what they call "straight men". I'm sorry, I wasn't aware that straight men fuck each other. Oh, I get it! They don't fuck, they "buk". I'm sorry, my mistake! I guess these dear men are striaght. It's me who's confused, it really is, I was surprised. They sure do have a lot of models here though (104+). With over 36,400+ images and countless videos, this site might be good if the site design was completely re-done or its price dropped, as a membership here will cost you about $40 bucks (which then recurs at $19.99 per month).
There actually weren't as many of the annoying up sells I was anticipating in the member's area, although they're still there and the design here could use a lot of work. There are over 100+ male models here listed in alphabetical order along with a preview image. There is a great variety of men that yes; honestly, both gay men and horny, sex-crazed women could appreciate. Most guys come complete with at least 2 sets of images as well as some video clips (for most, maybe all?). The images are mostly large and good quality, which was surprising. There was some inconsistency, though, and the more I browsed the more I saw. Overall I was pleased with the quality of the content, however. There really is a great mix of guys here too. All sorts of ethnicities, and types from book smarts to street smarts, girlie boys to men’s men, gym rats, marines, homebodies, models, rockers, amateurs and more. While a lot of the pics here are highly suggestive, featuring the men nude and such, I didn't find that there's a whole lot of actual "porno" here. Lots of hard-on’s and undies as well as a few jerk off's but even though sets featuring 2 males that I saw didn't have any actual sex or really anything suggesting it (though they do seem to like feet here).
When the models do comes with videos, the play as Windows Media files as high as 864k. This really sends home the fact that a lot of these men are in fact, straight. The one I watched was of a sexy guy from NJ, Jimmy. Oh shit, I think I'm really getting into this. Hey, there are women out there who enjoy male porn otherwise there wouldn't be a Playgirl still after all these years, right? Of course I'm sure this site appeals to gay men who have a thing for striaght guys but either way, there aren't just a bunch of fruits here. In any case, Jimmy didn't do a whole lot but introduce himself so I was off to find someone with a little more bite to their bounce. Joe played the guitar for me and talked on the phone but what I'm getting here is that these guys are nervous about doing this but need the extra cash. It doesn't appear as though they were taken advantage of and even the one I was sure were gay surprised me. I like this site the more I look around at it but the site design and navigation are going to be 2 major drawbacks here. There's no sex, just semi-nude to nude modeling, short videos and such. The price is still too high but if you stick around it's a little more reasonable. Buk Buddies proved to be one unique and interesting site, but it obviously won't appeal to all.
