This is our fourth time back to the Brain Pass Network member's area, which now boasts the title Pornstar Network, and I'm excited to be back. They promise daily updates between sites, and just today 5 new videos were added as well as 1 new photoset. Not to mention that the number of sites that you get access to with your specially reduced ($24.95 monthly) membership is up to an astounding 48+ - now that's a lot of content! Clearly I've always loved this charming Network of pornstar and niche specific sites so let’s see what's been going on in the last 2 years (I can't believe it's been that long since our last follow-up!).
The Good:
- A huge collection of sites offering exclusive content, 48+ to be exact! That's 20+ more than the last time we were here. You'll still find your old school favorites like Doghouse Digital, Silverstone Video, Christine Young, and who can forget your big-dick favorites, Club Peter North and Lex Steele. With such a large collection of sites you can bet they've got your favorite niches covered.
- Multiple daily updates between sites. Members will never be at a loss for new material, as if there wasn't a large enough archive to go through already.
- The main Network homepage makes browsing easy. You can browse by: site, studio, model or pornstar, update, and niches. They also list content categories and the number of videos that can be found in each. Content can be bookmarked and the design is consistent across the board, which is amazing for so many sites.
- Full-length video downloads! This was always my biggest complaint with Brain Pass and I'm over the moon excited to see that my wishes have finally been granted! Users can still download videos as a series of parts, but full-scene clips are available in QuickTime and WMV formats.
- Great quality content. As time goes by Brain Pass has been one of the Networks that continues to improve on their quality of content. Full-length videos can now been seen with bitrates as high as 4000k.
The Bad:
- It seems as though they haven't gone back and switched over all their old videos to offer the full-length download format. I won't fault them too much for this, but it is still somewhat of an issue, especially since these old clips only play up to 700k.
- Browse options and design of the individual sites is limited. While the Network itself offers a couple different nice browse options, the actual sites don't offer any; no model index, categories or other useful browse features. The content isn't dated either.
- Some of these sites are very small and/or no longer updating.
The Conclusion:
Small individual site issues aside, Brain Pass as a whole is clearly one of the best Networks available online. In fact they offer more than double the amount of sites as most Networks, and for the reduced price of only $24.95 per month; now that's a steal! The most exciting part about this follow-up for me was seeing the newer, higher quality videos that are finally being offered as full-length downloads! It's been about 4 years since our initial exposure to the Brain Pass member's area and I'm more excited about it now than ever, and that's saying a lot. If you haven't yet checked out this Network, you really should.
