Boyz Party is clean cut and straightforward site with a mix of softcore and hardcore gay material. The site doesn't have any one feature that stands out, but it does kinda do most things well. The amount of content is certainly respectable and that includes a nice balance of pictures and videos. Each section is substantial on its own, taken together makes for a lot to see. Also, the site has a fairly low price tag which is always a positive.
Basically there are three content sections: Exclusives, Photosets, and Videos. The Exclusives are a mix of American and European models in solo photosets. As of June 2005 there are 50 such models online which means the majority of the site's pics are actually found in the Photosets section. Photosets does have a over 1,000 galleries most of which feature solo guys although there is a small bit of hardcore shoots mixed in. Across the two picture sections photo quality is average. The pic size varies a bit but none reach anything that is up to a hi-res level. However, every galley is offered as a downloadable zip file and there's also a slideshow feature.
Whereas the focus of the pics tends to be softcore, the videos crank things up with more hardcore action. Included is guy/guy sex with BJs and anal, solo masturbation, and some threesome/group scenes. The scenes come from a number of video series including CitiBoyz, Cobra, In Touch, and Triumverate. Others too, but those four have by far the most scenes. The quality of the video is okay, nothing special, and the site does have DRM protection on the movies. That means, of course, that even downloaded movies can only be played with an active membership. DRM always hurts a site's download score and it's always a glaring negative.
The uncluttered design includes a couple helpful tools, namely a model directory and ratings system. The directory provides links to each model's appearances in each the picture and video sections. The ratings system lets members rate the dudes on a 1-10 scale. I found the majority of models to have scores in the 6-8 range so you can take that for what it's worth. The good thing is the free tour allows guests to scroll through the directory which will let you judge whether this group of guys is what you want to see.

After re-reading my initial review and browsing around Boyz Party I see the site is essentially the same. The one big change is the removal of DRM from the videos which is a step in the right direction. There's actually a clear posting about the DRM removal at the top of the member's main page. A daily download limit of 2GB is in place which is a negative but certainly not as bad as DRM'd videos. The "Exclusives" photo section has grown only a little bit and now has 61+ galleries in there. The total site content is now 1,000+ pic galleries and 580+ videos. The update pace is average at every 5-8 days but they do add numerous videos and galleries each time. My overall analysis remains that Boyz Party is a cleanly designed gay site with balanced photo/video and hardcore/softcore material.

This is our third look at Boyz Party and from what I see the site has basically stayed the same with a few minor adjustments. The download limit seems to be gone so they've definitely moved it the right direction over the years on video viewing. They went from DRM back in the day to now no restrictions for members. There's also a note in the member's area that they have combined the content from another company site called TrueTwinks.com in Boyz Party. So the number of galleries now tops 1,200 and there are over 630 videos (as of Feb '08). In browsing the site I located some "exclusive" tagged galleries but wasn't able to find a browsing section just dedicated to those models. It appears they've just lumped those in with the other content. Video quality and to a lesser extent picture quality is still a weakness here. The main selling points are the sizable collection of content and nice mix of solo guy and hardcore shoots.
Score remains at 78.5.
