Welcome to BoundNDetermined. The Art of Bondage and Suspension as seen through the eyes of Lew Rubens.
So just who is this Lew Rubens? To answer that I went to the bio page for Lew that can be found in the tour. Maybe some of you who are in to the art of bondage and suspension already know him. In that case you'd know that he's an experienced "artist" at this stuff and has an overall love and appreciation for his work. He has 40+ years of bondage experience and is "known mostly for his wild suspensions". As a bondage lover for as long as he can remember, Lew brings to the site not only his experience and love for bondage, but also the love of the art from all his sexy models. I had a bit of a hard time finding the link to the member’s area but once inside I felt right at home. Currently there are 20+ models in about 5,000+ images and 40+ video shoots. Multiple updates take place roughly 4-5 times per month (it seems) and a membership here is reasonably priced for a fetish site, at only $19.99 per month.
There are a couple of ways to browse the content: by model, by date, or by type (suspensions, multiple girls, outdoor, foreplay, classics, steel restraints, mummification, gags, clamps & maulings, role-playing & abduction, members requests, and caged). As you can see there is not only a nice variety of bondage and fetish content here, but also some really hardcore stuff as well! I must also add here though that some of the "types" of content are still "coming soon" (the mummification is one example of that) but there is clearly still enough variety to keep one busy and happy I'm sure. It's also clear that there's a lot of passion coming though in the content and much of it is very unique. My problem with it, however is the lack of quality. The images are on the smaller size (252x700 pixels) and they are not the sharp, clear images you would expect from a paysite these days. That's not to say that they're shitty quality, they're just more amateurish looking and not particularly up to par in terms of quality compared to other paysites.
The video clips are off in a section of their own and are only browsed by year from 2002-04, 2005 and now 2006 on. Newest clips are offered in both high res and low res quality options for Windows Media Player while the older clips use Real Player Media. The high res quality videos stream as high as 700k and the quality of them is pretty good although not that much better than average. They are also more on the amateur side but this time it doesn't bother me as the content is kinky, crazy and fun. I watched one of the models kneel naked in a garage somewhere as a gun was pointed at her. She squirms and pleads for her life. Many of these longer shoots are taken and broken down into shorter clips. In those cases it would be nice to have a full-length stream option added as well. I do love the raw action that the videos deliver, however, with lots of ropes and gags, whips, abductions, torture and more.
The content here is obviously unique and would be especially enjoyed by anyone who favors extreme bondage material and/or has fantasies about watching girls get abducted and truly act scared. The overall quality of the content on the site could really stand to be improved, though, especially when it comes to the images and their sizing. For a site that's been adding content since 2002, it's a little surprising that the content numbers are still as low as they are. I would like to see this site grow substantially in this next year, offering more exclusive bondage content and maximizing their quality potential. They've got somewhat of a nice base set-up that organizes the content and as the site continues to grow I see lots and lots of potential here. The price is especially pleasing as well since a lot of times bondage and fetish sites charge more for their content than other paysites.
