Besides having a fun title Bootylicious is a site from The Score Group which is a well established magazine publisher. They have a host of magazines and accompanying sites and we at TBP have reviewed a number of them. Bootylicious offers up a collection of magazine photo galleries plus downloadable videos. The niche focus here is entirely on plump booty chicks with the shoots being really focused on those rumps.
The Goods:
- Magazine Picture Galleries, Zip Files. Since Bootylicious is from a magazine company I'm glad to see they have a magazine archive section prominently featured in the member's area. Publication based sites should always have this type of set-up so I'm glad to see these guys have done that. The photo galleries from the issues are available with the newer issues having high-res pictures. Zip files are available for downloading in two quality levels. There is also a separate gallery section with date-stamped updates.
- Booty Videos, Good Quality/Formats. There are a smaller number of videos than picture galleries but there is still enough of them to make it an important part of the site. The quality of the movies is solid with the older movies in full-files and clip downloads. They've upgraded the newer additions with in-browser Flash streaming, downloadable clips, and downloadable full-scene files (both WMV and QT).
- Model Index, Easy Navigation. The member's area is simply designed and quite functional. It doesn't take long to figure out how to access the magazine listings, picture galleries, or video section. A model index is the one additional navigation option and it shows the girls site postings, DVD appearances, and magazine issues.
The Bads:
- Older Pics are Average Quality. This is something they've addressed by going with high-resolution pictures on the newer additions. However, it's important to note that many of the photo galleries on Bootylicious are more medium sized and average quality. This is what I was used to from this company so I went in expecting to see pictures like this. What is good is that even on the older galleries they do have two quality levels of zip files.
- Could Use Growth & More Models. The magazine section shows issues going back to Jan 2006 with four issues per year. The number of issues, photo galleries, and models are smaller in number than I thought they would be. The update pace isn't scorching so it could take some time to build up a larger amount of content.
Conclusion:
Bootylicious has content that is excellent for big butt fans. They do a great job of featuring models with nice plump butts but who aren't fat overall. The girls are a nice blend of white and black models with some latinas and asians mixed in as well. The other thing to take into consideration is that these are magazine style shoots which may or may not be the type of content you're looking for.
