Did somebody request to see some bondage? If you're thinking it could have been you then welcome to Bondage by Request.com, where you, the potential loyal member, can put in your request for a photo shoot and have it acted out by one of the sexy models on the site and shot by professional bondage photographer, Jim Martin. I don't know where Martin finds these girls, but they are hot! It's not often you see hot chicks that enjoy putting themselves in compromising positions for the satisfaction of others. In fact most BDSM sites can't even claim to compare to the quality of girls and images that you'll find on this site. The numbers are, in fact, quite a bit lower for a site that's been around since 1997, but the price is right and the quality is substantial.
At the top of the member's main page there's a notice warning member's that there's an 80meg daily download limit. Not sure I like the thought if this but I guess I can understand and it appears that it would be tough to go over that number with the amount of content they have. The site is updated every Friday with 70-100 images and every Monday with a new video?, but the image archives are only kept up for 10 weeks at a time. Your main menu is always on the bottom of the page and consists of: updates; archives; videos; Playmates; Twisted Mind; requests; Jim's Fav's; behind the scenes; models; and more. I bet you're wondering what Playmates is doing on the menu. Remember how I said earlier that some of these girls Martin shoots are amazing? Well here they are- a collection of 9 different Playboy Playmates that Martin had the pleasure of tying up and shooting for this website. Let's see, my favorite of these was Barbara Moore, not only is she extremely sexy, but her photo set was also very sensual. In fact, this is probably the most sensual bondage site I've ever seen. Most sets feature a beautiful woman wrapped in ties, later gagged and always beautiful but somewhat distressed. Each weekly image update comes complete with commentary by Martin and two photo sets. Photo sets can have anywhere from 8-60 pictures, with the Playmates series and the requests section having the fewest. Pictures are indeed large and very high quality professional shots. The size ranges somewhat, but can be as large as 1000x750, but are usually not smaller than 850x567.
Speaking of requests, there are to date (10/14/03) 10 pages (5-10 per page) worth of request archives. Each request is posted as written by the member, along with a preview thumb and a link to the picture sets. The older requests only have a total of 2-3 pictures, though, and you can tell the quality just wasn't the same with some of these older shots. Most are fairly small while some are large but fuzzy in quality. The newer ones are much larger and nicer, but even as a whole set, request shoots usually only have between 6 and 15 pictures. It's a nice feature on the site, though, and if gives members a chance to get involved and see their biggest fantasy acted out for them, then I like the concept a lot. Also on the site are 22 videos, of which they ask you to download in order to view. Therefore you're going to need WinZip and Real Player in order to watch them. The videos themselves are very nice size and quality, but simply show tied-up girls squirming around and making noises, trying to get free from the binds that hold them. It was a little silly for me, but then again I am not into bondage, so I can see how someone who is might really enjoy them.
For a bondage site, this is great! The models are not your typical eighties girls with frizzy hair, posing for a jacked up fuzzy image. In fact, at Bondage by Request, you'll find girls in the likes of Aria Giovanni and Tawni Roberts. All girls that have been photographed for the site are listed under "models", but unfortunately this only links you to their bio and not their photo sets, that's a bummer. I don't like all the content rotation going on. I think it would add a lot of value to the site if you were able to see all sets archived since the beginning. Yes, yes we know the quality is going to suffer for these older shots, but they're still timeless! Overall, though, you can't beat the price, $19.95 for a quality bondage website.
