Intro

No need to travel to Europe for studly young gay men, Bel Ami Online brings them right to your computer screen. I didn't know at first what I'd be seeing at Bel Ami. The site says something about the biggest circle jerk ever this month and there are some dark haired hunks that look ready to rip their clothes off. I skimmed down and saw that all of their models have great bodies that they seem to enjoy sharing with each other and with you. There's some hardcore, some softcore, and a whole lot of sexy Euroboys.

The Pros

Unique, exclusive content.

They shoot all their own content for the site. This is all fresh, original content of hotties from all over Europe. I didn't recognize any of the models and it was great checking out these studs for the first time. They really seem to put effort into finding very handsome models. There's a mix of looks, some are younger, some look like pros, but just about every single guy has some very sexy qualities.

Good-sized collection.

Bel Ami Online has plenty to keep members entertained, with 485 galleries and 323 videos currently online. That's really impressive for a site with all original content. Whether you like pin-ups, couples, or special events (like the world's biggest circle jerk), there's lots to see.

High quality content.

I was really impressed with the video quality here. Even though the scenes aren't technically high definition, they sure look it. The newest videos are 2900k and 960 x 540 in size. The scenes are sharp and well-lit. The photos also look very professional (they're just a bit small). Everything from the camera angles to the locations is professional and really great-looking.

Other Good Stuff:

Updates come frequently. Although none of the content is dated, if you head over to the News section you can view all the updates for each month and they seem to average around 22 updates per month. They should just take the plunge and do daily updates, but this is just about close enough for me.
Videos can be downloaded as wmvs in two quality settings and as mp4s. They can also be streamed in your browser using Flash.
Photos can be downloaded in zip files.

The Cons

Small photos.

The pictures are much too small. The older sets are as small as 500x333. The newer sets aren't much better, at just 800x550. In my opinion, anything smaller than 800x600 is a problem so they definitely need to work on this.

Expensive.

Membership to Bel Ami Online is expensive. Your first month will cost you $35. After that, though, it does drop to a more reasonable $30 a month. Your other option is a ten day trial for $25 which then recurs at $30 a month. Any way you slice it, that first month is really going to cost you.

Minor Negatives:

It would be great if the content was actually dated. It's a bit of a pain to look up exactly when stuff was added.

Bottom Line

A high quality collection of some very gorgeous guys.

I had a good time with Bel Ami Online. The men are hot and the site and content also look good. Considering that they give you near daily updates of original content, the price isn't too bad. The small photos are an issue, but overall the site is still very solid. This is a high quality collection that fans of gorgeous men will definitely enjoy.
